I order a product a month and half ago

I order a product a month and half ago. I was told it would ship quick, that was not the case. I emailed this company they said they could not cancel my order and I would have to wait for it to ship. I just talked to the customer service over the phone. They advised they couldn't cancel the order and they did not know when it would shipped. So Adore Me is refusing to refund me my money. On top of that they charge my card a month later for a subscription plan I never signed up for. If I could give this company a negative 5 star review I would, 1 star is to good for this company. Also you can't leave reviews on their website. Also all their google review are from "anonymous sources". So I WILL never use this company again.

Worst customer service

I truly have no idea how they're in business. I ordered something for my wife over a month and a half ago. I'm told it's still processing and I'm not allowed to cancel.

They will not value you as a customer

The story of my my experience with AdoreMe. Maybe yours will be different?
TLDR: promo code bait and switch

My experience:

I was a happy and loyal customer for over a year, placing orders every other month, spending over $530 with this company during that time.

When I received a promo code for a free item I was excited to shop. I put items in cart but encountered an error in checkout. No problem, I'll try again in the morning.

In the morning, I try to checkout adain with the promo code. I get a new error indicating the promo code I was using did not exist...
Strange, let me contact customer support I'm sure they will verify the code and send me a new one. Surely it should be a quick and easy support call? After all, I'm a good customer right?

I. Was. So. Wrong.

It's the classic bait and switch, if they actually offer these promos in good faith why the stonewalling and refusal to issue a new code with the same promotion? Because they never actually intend a customer to be able to use it.

They quickly offered $10 store credit for the inconvience of the promo code not working. No thanks, I'd like to use the promotion I was sent. Is it unreasonable to expect a promo code to work during checkout?

After about dozen calls to phone support where I was put on hold for extended times, hung up on, told I was being transferred only to be disconnected.

The best experience with phone support was being told a customer service rep that I had previously spoken with was not working that day and then being unceremoniously disconnected from the call. Only to call back and have the call answered by the person who I was asking to be connected to! I thought they wern't working that day? Amazing!

Eventually I get into an email chain with a customer service manager who claims they can't look up codes, then that they won't look it up, then that they won't or cant look at what happened during my shopping cart session.

So they won. Customer service have saved the company the $10-$15 or whatever the cost is to import these products from overseas is. Excellent job making sure this promo code doesn't get used! Burn that customer bridge, dont worry there's more out there. It's just a numbers game!

I've given up trying to get this resolved. You can be sure that I'm not doing business with AdoreMe again and you probably shouldn't either.

I gave my shirt for designing in this…

I gave my shirt for designing in this shop. I gave them a design and they charged me around 9000.When i went to collect the shirt the design was not worthy of the price I paid. Just go through the images I have attached. For 9000rs that’s not even worth it. For this hefty amount u can get a far better design. Here comes the worst part . They have a very poor customer service.Even in the shops where the prices are reasonable they answer our queries in a respectable manner. Here they even did not care about customers and when we informed that we are not satisfied instead of addressing the issue they are blaming the customer and tagged us a worst customers.The overall experience was very bad and for such a huge amount I can get a far better product and far better customer sevice.

I have honest to god never dealt with…

I have honest to god never dealt with or have been this frustrated with a bra company. I ordered from them about a week almost 2 weeks ago just to be emailed 3 times the same email stating they’re “sorry for the inconvenience” and that it’s taken “longer than expected due to inventory” I asked for a refund and they said they cant because it’s been shipped out. I never received a email or any notification that it’s been shipped out. At this point I’m starting to feel like adoreme is a scam. I’ve never had this much issue with customer service or simply just trying to track my order. It was a complete waste of $70
I won’t be getting back and I don’t even have my order I paid for.

Don't expect your package any time soon!

Edit: As you can see they did reach out here with a reply March 12, 2025. But they didn't exactly read what I wrote or they would have seen by the dates given, I have NOT received my order yet. Happy shopping, shop elsewhere.

Order placed Feb 17, 2025. Money left my account same day. March 5, 2025, finally received a tracking number. Now March 11, 2025 and the tracking number still states that UPS does NOT have possession of my package. Horrible service. Calling them is useless because they had no answers for me what so ever. I will never buy anything from Adore Me ever again. Oh, and the icing on the cake, I had a past membership that was 39.95 a month that I cancelled over a year ago but as soon after I placed my order with a different debit card, they charged my card on March 6, 2025 as if I wanted to reinstate my membership without asking. Shipping has always been slow in the past but this is ridiculous. It's a shame because the products are great with a fair price but no thanks, never again, I'm good.

It’s legit - beautiful, quality lingerie!

I came here specifically to say AdoreMe is an excellent lingerie brand. (As others have noted, the shipping is slow, but the quality is *exceptional* and true to size.) I always used to buy VS but their prices and diminishing quality had me looking elsewhere. I’m a curvy girl (40DDD) so I was thrilled to see how many beautiful pieces AdoreMe had in my size - but I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of quality. When the pieces finally arrived (they usually take a couple weeks) I loved the fit, and every single one looked fantastic - this happens so rarely for me with online orders. The construction and quality is as good or better than any other lingerie brand I’ve ever purchased from. I did their membership for a few months, then decide to stop as I was accumulating way too much lingerie. Honestly, for me, I had zero issue canceling my membership - and that really instilled a lot of consumer confidence. I did have an annoying setback with my most recent order (it’s taken over a MONTH to arrive) but the customer service replied to my email within a day and gave me a promo code for a free additional set - no cost to me and free shipping. Overall, this is one of the best brands I’ve ever purchased.

I can no longer order from this company…

I can no longer order from this company which is unfortunate because they have cute clothes. I purchased an item and it was too small. I then exchanged it for the next size up and it was too big. I ended up having to return it as the item just didn't fit my body. The recieved my return on February 10th. I waited weeks with no response. I finally reached out and was told I had to wait until March 4th for quality inspection. It should not take almost a month upon receiving the item. The 4th came and went and still no refund. After emailing them multiple times I received a partial refund as well as paying a restocking fee which is crazy for an item of clothing. Now I'm afraid to order from them again as I do not want to go through this. I had even signed up for the VIP membership. Had to cancel everything.

Lies & poor quality

They don’t deliver your package within the promised 1-2 days & even when you return everything sending the package back the next day they still only give you a partial refund claiming the items won’t returned in the refund window. Like yeah of course?? I received my items late??
I would’ve tried them again when they dropped new styles if they had given me a full refund which would’ve be appropriate.

Horrible Business

Stay away from this company. My wife has tried to order some items and it has now been 17 days and they have not shipped. You call yo try and resolve the issue, you either get eternal hold, someone who speaks no English or someone who just doesn't care and gives you answers they are reading off of a prewritten response system. Oh and the best part, the company has no supervisors. Then their employees can use profanity towards you, but if you respond with profanity or threaten to file complaints with regulatory agencies you get a nasty email stating that they will no longer respond to you.

Charged for returned items

I ordered 3-4 subscription boxes. Whatever you don't want to keep, you simply return in the same box with shipping pre-paid. Should be easy. However, for 2 separate orders, I was told that an item was not returned and I was charged for it. The second time they made an error with my return, it took over a month from the time I returned the box until they actually processed the return. Sounds like an error in their returns system when the box arrives back at their facility. But they opted to lose my business rather than believe that I returned the $20 item. I do not recommend them.

Horrible shipping and no explanation

I placed 2 orders roughly 2 or 3 days a part from each other. It took almost a month for them to ship the orders. They did email me several times saying they had a spike in orders and they would get it shipped very soon. After roughly 2 weeks I asked if I could cxl my orders. They said no because it was at the warehouse already. I let another week go by and said either cxl my orders or ship them. Again the only response I would get is we had a spike in orders and please be patient and your order will ship soon. Days later on the first order and a week or so later on the second order they shipped. I received a $10 credit on my next order after waiting a month to get the orders. I will not be ordering from Adore Me again.

Never again

Edit: I just got an email about being VIP when I did NOT sign up for that!! So many people are getting charged for that when we did not sign up! Be extra careful they aren't screwing you over!!

I ordered from here a couple of years ago and it was great so I chose to do it for Valentine's Day this year. Big mistake! I ordered Feb 1. I got an email on the 3rd it was shipped. However, UPS didn't have the item for a while. I contacted Adore Me multiple times because I paid extra to have it for Valentine's Day. It had said the latest I'd get it was the 14th, and it finally arrived on the 18th. It's not fair for people to pay extra and not get their order on time, and the copy and paste responses they're doing to people on here is ridiculous. You screwed up, UPS didn't even have my package for days! It's a shame because the items are nice but I'll never order again from here because of the awful customer service and lack of care. It's not right to not even refund the extra money I spent on shipping, way to make your customers feel important!

Ordered a month ago and was supposed to get to my home in January and it's never showed up. Emailed 7 times to get an update or to cancel and get my money back and haven't heard anything back. DO NOT ORDER from Adoreme!!

I would give this zero stars if I could!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I will scream this from the tallest building DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You’ll pay priority shipping, then it won’t ship for 2 whole weeks. Then when it “finally does” it’s lost. you then have to wait 14 days after adore me sends to to a completely different warehouse for them to make it official it’s lost for them to do anything about it. I ordered my item the end of January and it’s almost the end of February with ZERO update on my item. The worst customer service, the worst shipping. DO NOT DO IT!

I still haven't received my order nor any shipping information. I've requested a refund and cancellation of my membership and was told to "be patient a little longer." I would just like a refund at this point.
