The outfits are awesome I just wish the corsets would fit I’m bigger in the middle than the top boobs tend to fit but that’s as far as I get with those but the rest seem to b ok so far

Horrible experience this place is a scam, they charged my credit card and then never shipped the item and will not credit my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! they are not real. They keep saying they can't credit the order because it's in shipping then they send me emails sorry for the delay in shipping because they are backed up, well which is it?? They are a bunch of lying assholes.

Placed my first order and signed up for VIP membership. The next day I get a notification that my order has been cancelled. No explanation as to why. Just cancelled. No point in ordering and having a membership if my order just gets cancelled out of the blue.
This review is more geared toward the customer (dis)service provided by this company, and less so on the products. For the one order I actually had completed by them, the lingerie I ordered actually seemed to be good quality for a decent price. It fit my girlfriend well, and according to her was pretty comfy.
That being said, I could not have been more disappointed with my second order. As of this writing, it has been 16 days and the order still has not finished processing. I reached out to support multiple times. Initially I was told that processing times were tripled, and that they were working to get my order shipped, and gave me $5 in store credit. That's fine, although this was already 10 days past my order date. Even if processing times were tripled, that would only take 6 days given their quoted typical processing time of 1-2 days. Either way, I let it rest.
6 days later the order was still processing. At this point I no longer wanted the items I had ordered, and reached out to support to cancel my order. They told me it could not be cancelled. I said I no longer wanted the items. They said we cannot escalate this issue. They told me I could return the items after I received the order. Here's the kicker: they charge a restock fee for returned items.
At this point, I've accepted this is a dishonest company with bad support and terrible logistics. Researching the issue, I've found other customers have had the same experiences I've had, going back a decade. With a clear track record of issues, and now having experienced them myself, I would never recommend Adore Me to anyone else. The products are good, but the gamble is not worth it. Take your money to a brick and mortar store that might actually fulfill their promises.

I placed my order on January 26th with intention of getting it today. It was expected to get here January 30th-February 5th at first, but the 5th rolled around and I still hadn’t received it. So I emailed customer service that day
No response for a good bit and then emailed again and tried to call Feb. 11th and still no response.

If I can give them a 0 I would! I placed an order on 2/4 and their website guaranteed delivery by 2/14. Today i received the 3rd email from them "apologizing"that the order hasn't even been processed yet let alone shipped, however, they definitely charged my account! I will never ever buy from them again.

This was the worst Valentine's Day possible thanks to Adore me. I ordered with plenty of time to receive my package before Valentine's Day. In fact I received a date no later than 2/11/25 and a UPS tracking number only to discover that my package is handed off to a shipper, then to UPS, then to my local post office. As of today my package is nowhere to be found, I opted for the full refund and awaited a manager to file a complaint with and was hung up on by Stephanie. This was the absolute worst experience with any retailer and I'll be letting anyone who will listen know the quality of service they'll receive.
This company has a terrible customer service. I ordered something paying more for express processing and they would deliver before the date I needed. Then it wasn’t even shipped. Now it said it was shipped but there is no tracking number. I called them multiple times and after 30 minutes waiting they hung up on my face. I do not recommend this. I will be returning it and want my money back
Update: the delivery date was between the 8th and the 14th. Today is the 15th and I don’t even have a tracking code. I understand that sometimes things get delayed but I payed more for express processing. I also believe that they knew it wasn’t getting delivered on that date but they put it there anyway so people would get encouraged to buy thinking it would get before valentine’s day. Your answer was not useful nor clarifying. Also it was a bit deceiving

Beginning to wonder if I've been scammed. I ordered almost $200 from them on January 27 (it's now February 12) and all I've received since are automated emails claiming their warehouse is behind. And they basically slap you in the face each time by adding a little coupon so that you spend MORE money on their website.
Customer service won't return my emails requesting to cancel my order since the items I wanted were for a specific trip.
The odd part is they ran my card before confirming they had the items, which is something retailers these days DON'T do. Your card should never be fully charged until they can confirm inventory/the items are shipping—It should only be for 1 cent or never taken out of pending status. So as of right now, I'm out 200 bucks for items I'm not even sure existed in the first place.
I suggest finding these items from other sellers and websites because there's no guarantee you'll actually receive them.
UPDATE: They were all of a sudden able to respond once I left this review. They also claim they can’t cancel my order because “the option is not available in their system.” So they literally make it impossible to cancel an order and once again, they offered a coupon in hopes that I will spend more money with them.
To sum it up: I still don’t have my order and it looks like I’m going to have to fight to get my $200 back. This is a gross company that has zero desire to engage in proper customer service practices.
Take your money to a company who actually appreciates your business.

They advertise 1-2 days order processing times. I understand things can get delayed in busy times, but my issue is they make it difficult to cancel an order for a full refund if their delays impact your order. I paid for expedited shipping on my order. It took 22 days to deliver. They will not stop orders to refund. I will update my review because the product, when it does arrive, is really cute and true to size. Just plan ahead and don’t pay for expedited shipping.

Waited over a week and the box never shipped. Customer service just telling me to be patient and not offering any solutions. I’m never getting my box lol. And they are refusing to refund.
I made my original purchase of a few items and was happy with my order. What I got upset with, was the $39.95 charge afterwards to be a VIP member. I had no idea I was going to be charged on my credit card again without my consent. I also would not have purchased my original items if I would have known I’d be charged later on. I have made two attempts to contact customer service via telephone, once sitting on hold for 52 minutes with nobody answering, I’ve sent an email, and tried to contact you via messenger with no response from any of them. To say I’m unhappy, is an understatement.

My experience was very nice! 😊 the updates that have been made to the app are wonderful. I fully love that one of my personal ideas was changed in the app. I had suggested that once you put items in your cart you should be able to click on them and it takes you back to the sale page and out of the cart. Personally I appreciate that my thoughts were heard and seen and something was done about it because it truly makes shopping on the app such a better and easier experience. As always the bras, underwear, pjs, and lingerie are always so comfortable and have impeccable details that most do not have any more other than lace. I personally prefer more silky and sexy undergarments and ADOREME definitely delivers 100%that!! so much better pricing than Victoria's secrete (even tho I know it’s like a sister brand for you, I think ) I always love receiving my new sets in the mail and my hubs may complain I spend to much money 🤣but at least he doesn’t have sh** to say when he sees me in my new lingerie! ❤️❤️❤️

The customer service rep was great. My issue is trying to exchange a set. But apparently your returns department has not processed my previous returns yet. Which is not the customers problem. So I have to wait until this is done to release my account. Hopefully you'll honor an extension if your department is still behind.
