Professional service
I’ve worked with a few ad agencies over the years, and the AdOutreach team has been the most professional, responsive and tuned in to my business and goals. I also appreciate their level of communication — they keep me informed every step of the way.

Adam + the team are true professionals
From the moment we got started with adoutreach, the onboarding process has been outstanding. Adam was incredibly helpful and professional throughout, providing clear guidance, actionable advice, and most importantly, speedy execution.
Every step is fully thought through and thorough, from the welcome emails to the onboarding calls and the content inside the platform.
They’ve managed to answer not just the obvious questions, but even the ones we hadn’t thought of yet. That level of depth and care is rare.
It’s clear that AdOutreach knows exactly what they’re doing. Ggenuinely excited to continue working together. Highly recommended

Today we had a Rocket Fuel Friday (RFF) where Aleric himself not only showed us how to create extremely realistic and clear videos using AI, but also gave us prompts to use. This permitted us to create our own AI video ads in real time!!!!

Fantastic experience so far
Fantastic experience so far. The Ad Outreach team is very knowledgeable and organized. They come to meetings prepared and genuinely interested in your success. I am early in the process and will give more feedback in the future, but so far, I am impressed and happy with the service.

No one on gods green earth cares as much as Aleric and his team does about your success.
I already had a thriving in-person wellness service business but AdOutreach helped me create, manage and optimize the success of a virtual program.
I never thought I would be able to manage the complexity of a virtual service plus the ad campaigns it entails. But to this day our account manager responds within minutes and connects us to the appropriate professional to anything we need done right away.
On top of that they have helped us in other aspects of our business at no added cost just because they care.

The whole AdOutreach team has been great to work with—helpful, encouraging, and always there when we need them. The training videos are also a big plus—really clear and helpful to reference anytime. Overall, we've had a very positive experience and appreciate all the support!

Amazing Client Success Team

I couldn't be more satisfied.
I couldn't be more satisfied.
I've worked with a large number of advertising agencies in my time running my own agency. Acquisition systems have always been lacking for me and after working with a large number of others I honestly just thought it was something on my end.
Low and behold AdOutreach couldn't have proved me more wrong. You'll never be in the hands of a team that is more qualified than these guys. Highly recommend.
All the 1 star reviews are accurate
I was enrolled in AdOutreach’s program for 8 months (from Sept 2024 to May 2025). I invested $28,000 USD in total—$20,000 for the program itself, $2,000 for ad creatives, and $6,000 in YouTube ad spend. Despite implementing everything thoroughly for the entire program duration (I was fully-dedicated, as I am with every aspect of my business), I did not generate any sales nor high-quality leads. My return was $0, which was extremely disappointing.
From the day I enrolled, the program structure did not reflect what had been discussed on the sales call. I expressed this early on and on multiple occasions, but the feedback was not acknowledged in a meaningful way, nor acted upon. The program is heavily standardized, with no personalized attention, and there appeared to be no flexibility whatsoever for individuals whose businesses do not fit their core model. There were plenty of opportunities for team members to step in and assist me, but I did not receive helpful support in any of these moments.
At one point, I even created a detailed 11-page proposal outlining areas for potential improvement based on my professional expertise. I offered to contribute resources and support accordingly, but the response I received was that “everything was covered.” From what I could see, it was not.
During the course of the program, response times were delayed more often than not, and scheduling issues were rampant. There were instances where I showed up for scheduled calls only to learn that the coach was out of office with no prior notice or backup plan provided.
After many months with no results, I chose to exit the program. Shortly after, a senior team member offered me a partial refund of $1,960. This offer was contingent on me removing my TrustPilot review, deleting a private community post, and signing a comprehensive confidentiality agreement. The agreement included a clause stating I would be liable for $10,000 USD if I shared details of my experience publicly or privately after signing. This was described as a "typical" occurrence and I have retained documentation of the exchange.
Suffice to say, I declined the offer. It also went against TrustPilot's policy, so I submitted a formal complaint. As evidenced, accountability was severely lacking in my case. I did not accept compensation in exchange for silence, nor will I be deterred by any further attempts to discourage transparency about my experience with AdOutreach.
I highly encourage you to conduct thorough research and think carefully before investing in AdOutreach. The program did not deliver the outcomes I was led to expect based on what was presented during the sales call. And I will be writing about it very openly and very publicly in my upcoming book, with facts and documentation to support every element of my experience and recollection.
I’m open to discussing the contents of this review further, if it’s helpful to anyone considering this program. Due to TrustPilot’s review guidelines and a defamation report filed by AdOutreach, some context has been omitted from this review.
UPDATES:
1. This was not a new or untested offer—I had sold it before for $1,100 more than the price it was being listed at in my YouTube ad campaigns. I had also sold it over 100 times as part of a larger package. While YouTube advertising was a new marketing avenue for me, the offer was not.
2. I mentioned the third party investments in my TrustPilot review to indicate the extent to which I diligently implemented the processes and sentiments taught in the AdOutreach program. I did not state nor imply that they were essential.
3. I have not given pro-rata refunds because I have not removed a core team member from my coaching program with <24 hours' notice, when transparency would have allowed them to make an informed decision about leaving before their subscription automatically renewed.
4. I choose not to sign agreements that limit my ability to speak openly and honestly about my own experiences. My story is my story. My opinion is my opinion. And I intend to stand by both as a reflection of my integrity.
5. In a recorded phone call, a member of the AdOutreach team confirmed that the company was consistently overstretched during my enrollment and acknowledged that other clients had also shared similar concerns.
6. My 11-page proposal was not presented after the Rocket Fuel Friday event—it was presented beforehand, when I first noticed the inadequacies of the program. "We've got it covered" is the exact sentiment that was conveyed, on multiple occasions. And when a follow-up call was booked, it was cancelled by an executive assistant with just a few hours' notice.
7. There is no sense in accepting a complimentary service that has already proven not to work for my business.

AdOutreach video content summit very practical and engaging
AdOutreach held a summit today on video content creation that was very specific, very practical and gave participants an opportunity to practice what was being taught and get feedback. It was great to participate in training that really have people an opportunity to build/strengthen skills.
Our six months of association with Adoutreach so far…
We signed up for Adoutreach 6 months ago.
We had been struggling for one and a half years before signing up, trying to stay afloat, and we were sinking.
We had learned everything about product creation, automation, marketing, and sales, and we had a great product, but we were still struggling.
After joining Adoutreach, we discovered that we had expert help at hand each and every time we needed it, which was very practical, easily implementable, and effective.
We got insight into what we should be doing next and how we can make our time most productive.
All the team members are really good and experts in their specialization.
Adoutreach is really a one-stop solution.
We are successful enough now to give this review. In another six months, we hope to tell another level of the success story that we feel will be possible by sticking with them.

AD Outreach have been extremely helpful, they are very knowledgeable and they have helped us go in the right direction, definitely worth it if you want to become an expert in YouTube organic and paid strategies!
The BEST YouTube Ads Agency In The Game
Aleric, Dave, Natalie, Tony, and the rest of the team at AdOutreach are truly, the best YouTube advertising agency in the space. My company has gone through tons of "Freelancers" and "agencies" to try and crack the code on YouTube ads and AdOutreach was the first team to deliver REAL results for us. There is a reason they've been around for as long as they have and are one of the most reputable agencies out there. I cannot recommend them enough.
Great people to work with
The AdOutreach team is full of talented people, and who are a pleasure to work with
They work hard to offer the best to their customers and pay attention to every detail
my second round with Ad…
This is my second round with Ad Outreach! Obviously Aleric and his team meet my business needs. They are going to scale my business 10x my current monthly earnings. The Ad Astra platform is easy to use and helps me track my progress. When I reach out to ANY team member they get back to me even in the off hours. I can’t say enough.
Relentless Spam
Not a client but on the receiving end of their relentless cold email spam. Mark 1 sending adress as spam and after a while they start sending from a new email.
Growth at al costs is not a great strategy when you are burning your brand.
PS: I'm not against outbound sales and cold email - just when it's done bad.
