What made my experience great was, the first day talking to a members of AdOutreach they welcome me with open arms.I am glad I chose this team to work with, because I know they will get me to the next level.

I've been working with the AdOutreach team for years and they always deliver. Gabe is one of the smartest YouTube media buyers I've ever worked with. Can't recommend these guys enough.

The entire team here has been super helpful in getting me to where I wanted to be. Their skills, patience and ability to work together on an individual level really make this one of the most valuable programs possible.

Made my first organic video! When Dave said on RFF that we were going to make videos, my first thought was I wasn't ready, I don't have the right setup, background etc. By the end of the session I had a framework to use and build off of as well as one to make future content. Video creation is not as scary as I thought. Loved the session!

Even coaches need coaches! As a coach myself, I recognize the value of coaching in areas where I am not an expert. Marketing, YouTube Ads, Funnels...not my jam. This week I met with several AdOutreach coaches and am SO VERY GRATEFUL for the level of expertise and caring style from each of them. Specifically:
Coach Gabe with with the technical side of the Ads - holy cow, I was in tech, and this would be insane to try to figure out on your own.
Coach Tony with the copy and course review - he saw what was missing and had such terrific tweaks that I trust will make all the difference in performance. AND, he totally eliminated a huge fear of a change Google made and I just heard about by working with me in real time. THANK YOU!
Coach Angie - Guidance on the YouTube thumbnails just when I needed them AND a special session on goal setting that made me think differently. YOU ROCK!

This is an exceptional platform. Their systematic way to coach people who are at beginning stage of business is wonderful.

I got to know AdOutreach very well over upon working with them since August of 2024. They seemed like real pros initially and I was very excited to work with them to grow the e-commerce side of my Youtube channel.

I gave AdOutreach my most successful product to push via ads. I had generated $25K in the previous year through email campaigns with my limited e-commerce knowledge and thought this would be low hanging fruit for them. What I learned about this company is they value intention over results, which is why I would strongly advise any company to stay away.

I made every change they asked me to make in my sales funnel, they ran ads and along the way, I communicated regularly that no sales were made. After 3 months, I had spent $17K between their fees and ads and got $0 back in sales, which was devastating to my business. A perfect 0% ROI from ads.

I spoke with their Director of Client services and to their credit, they offered to work for free until it was rectified. What was strange about this correspondence was that they felt it was "still early in the process". My next question naturally was "how many tens of thousands of dollars does it take to make a $400 e-commerce sale from your company?" If I had known I needed to spend $25,000-$30,000 for AdOutreach to figure things out, I would've never signed on.

I felt a 50% refund was the minimum they could've given me given the gross lack of performance, but that was denied. The parting comment I was left with was "ads can't accomplish everything," which I found extraordinarily ironic given this company's name is AdOutreach.

Overall, I believe this company is blinded by the hubris of its past wins. When you sign on with them, they are not sure if they can deliver a successful campaign and they have no intention of refunding you if they fail. The client's overall ROI is not a priority to them as I sadly learned. I'd stay far away.

It's going well. The team and resources are truly amazing. I'm not hitting my targets yet so there's a way to go but I feel we are going in the right direction at least.

I signed up for help with YouTube ads but received much more. I've hired many people over 20 years of business, spending 100's of thousands of dollars. In my experience, the level of expertise in many business areas such as business growth strategy, funnels, copywriting, offers, email, sales, organic youtube growth, YouTube ads and Facebook ads, and business operations IS TOP-NOTCH.

I realized within a few weeks the breadth of support this company offers me and my team. It was a pleasant surprise. Expertise level is very high. High-quality people in experience, skill, and respectability. Class acts across the board. I now have people in my corner in all important areas of my business.

I haven't even gone through any of the video training which looks to be very thorough and practical. The interactions I've had with the team through 1-1's and clinic calls are where I've received my value so far.

Incredibly dissappointing experience from the outset. From the moment I dropped several thousand dollars, I was left to figure out what to do next on my own. I had to reach out to book an onboarding which wouldn't happen until a week later. Every week in the program costs between $500-1000, so this was at my expense. The coaching advice I received was mediocre, and I've found better advice on YouTube.
I was told to expect $5-10k revenue within months of the program start. I followed the program, put in all of the hours required, the coaches were seemingly impressed and excited with my work, but no revenue came. It became apparant that the advice being offered was 'cookie-cutter'. The same advice being offered to everyone, with no consideration of market research/dynamics. I had a long list of relevant data on my market that they didn't enquire about. When I shared this data they simply ignored it and offered 'cookie-cutter' creative. I went with it thinking they knew best. The campaign bombed. They did not know best.

There is no concept of expedience, and everything is on their time. Despite you paying out the rear for their services. (The program costs $4900 up front, then 6 monthly payments of $2900. This is a $2000 program at best.) I was told to expect to be able to cover the cost of the program within 3 months. This didn't happen. After much complaint, they did end the contract 1 month early. For this they would get 2 stars instead of 1. But I had to endure multiple interviews and was made to feel like a criminal for asking, so docked another star. Clearly, if the program worked they'd have a guarantee. There is none, which is a red flag I missed.

Avoid. Watch some YouTube videos and use the money you'd use on the program to run ads. You'll learn a lot more and you'll earn a lot more.

AdOutreach strikes this amazing balance between heart and expertise. It’s not your typical tech & training—they somehow manage to stay state-of-the-art without losing that personal touch. I’ve felt encouraged to dig in and learn the ropes, but in a way that feels like me. One of my first one-on-one coaching sessions really hit home—they emphasized that my authenticity is my biggest strength. That’s when I realized: it’s not just about grinding—it’s about connecting with your audience sincerely and leveraging tech to do the rest. They’re the real deal.

I have been working with the team at AdOutreach for 6 months now. Unfortunately I still haven't gotten the results I was hoping for but we are working on it. Sometime it's trial & error I guess. I can say this for sure. They know their stuff and there's a lot of good informations that they provide. Support is stellar, they kept on checking that I was doing well on each step of the program. Good inputs & insights all around. It really feels like they have my back and they want me to succeed. I'm hoping that in a few weeks I can tell you how my business has taken off thanks to their advice & guidance. Till then!

So far so good, I'm a month in but have been out of action for 2 weeks and I'm very impressed with what's on offer and with the Team. They are really interested in me and taking care to support me and my business. There is so much to do and I believe with Adoutreach's help we can achieve the goals within a year or two. Top stuff so far, and very excited to see where it takes us.
