In my haste I originally bought the wrong lamp (this was my fault, totally) and they helped me through the return process, which was way easy. The refund was so quick, too! At that point I was considering ordering from another company, but then I thought why? I will always trust Advanced Lamps to do what's right by me. I will use them exclusively from now on.

We had trouble with our Projection TV and needed to purchase a Sony projection lamp. We searched the internet and found that. Advanced Lamps was the best place to purchase from in terms of price and quality. They surprised us when they shipped our order faster than expected and the product received was of great quality. Earlier this year our television lamp went out. I contacted Advanced Lamps because of their prices was way lower than the competitors. I also informed them I needed a product within two weeks, and said so on the order. They actually read that comment and I had my product four days early, even with a two delay because of a credit card addressing problem (my fault). This was the best online experience I ever had!

I had an overall an excellent experience when I ordered with Advanced Lamps. The price was the best I could find on the 915P020010 projector bulb I ordered. I did contact the online customer service to verify that the whole bulb assembly was included, not just the bulb. The question was answered quickly and accurately. We had the bulb go out in on a Thursday morning and had the bulb in our hands on Friday morning.

This was my first order with Advanced Lamps. I purchased a XL-2400 and did price comparisons before ordering. Advanced Lamps had very competitive prices and even more so their shipping cost was reasonably priced. The performance of the replacement lamp was as above what I expected and the shopping experience impressive. I'm sure... I'll be doing more shopping with Advanced Lamps in the future.

The customer service representative always takes extra time to communicate with customer and I like that extra efforts. They emailed me and let me know the item I ordered was not in stocked. After I told them I couldn't wait for them to order the item from the manufacturer, they searched for an identical one and shipped it to me as advertised. Good seller to do business with.

What an easy way to solve my burned out lamp problem. Received my bp96-00826a direct projection lamp in 4 days (I'm in FL.. came from CA). My 16 year old son put it in. How easy was it!!! Was quoted 270.00 to fix by local repair shops, but brought from Advanced Lamps and saved me a bundle doing it myself. Fast, easy, simple, cheap, what a great experience!!!!
