Absolutely disgusting service, sent the wrong item then refused to respond to my various messages asking for a return lable so I could get a refund. I presume this was because of the upcoming ban on disposable vapes so they just ripped customers off to get rid of them 😡

This company will literally rob you. Royal Mail update still says "they're expecting it" after a week. I can't afford to lose £65 at Xmas but that's exactly what's happened.
