I’ve had an RV loan with this credit…

I’ve had an RV loan with this credit union for 4 years. Made all my payments, paid down the loan ahead of schedule. I’m now ready to pay the loan off completely. However, online and by phone on 3 separate calls, I can’t get an exact payoff amount. Also, the amount I want to pay is over some of their limits and so they want to charge me fees for transfers to make those payments. One person said I could pay with my debit card online but not on the phone. That didn’t work. Another person told me I could pay with the fees. Another person didn’t have access to help me. So frustrating to just payoff the account.

Card member services have hit new lows…

Card member services have hit new lows regarding customer service, customer retention, customer account harvesting using tyrant style/unethical bank practices on there members to milk profits.
Im not sure if Rivermark has anything to do with this or not.
Misleading customers into thinking false-hoods is a bad way to do business. Being rude to members without any worries seems to be the new norm with these guys.
Poor training, lack of integrity and total disrespect on all levels has been my expierence; and it just seems to be getting worse.

Pace is excellent: Avoid Chase & US bank

I’ve been a member for a long time. I was with them when they were called PACE. I used have US Bank & Chase bank. Chase is terrible..US Bank is a rip off.

For the most part their customer service is good. Loans rates are great. Mobil app is great. Been quite helpful when my card number gets stollen every couple years.

Wish they had more locations. Miss the old days when they handled anything over the phone or in the branch.

Wish they would have let me know when they were hacked. Froze my account and I couldn’t use my card to pay for dinner and parking downtown Portland. Ended up getting stranded & most of my checks bounced & automatic payments also. Text letting me know or physical me call would have saved me a lot of head aches but i understand it hard to call tract everyone immediately.
