Once again, Edward Checkley has pulled off another series of funding for us. That’s why we have turned to Edward for all our mortgage needs for the past 15 years following the acquisition of 5 properties and re-finance of others. Most trusted and responsive.

Working with Akriti at Advias is great as she is on the ball, easy to communicate with and always manages to find me the best deals in the market.

These guys were great. I was facing a tricky house purchase situation due to being made redundant having previously been earning easily enough for what I needed. I talked to a few people to solve my connundrum but Edward (who was recommneded after he helped someone I know in the industry) was the only one who came through with a workable mortgage solution for my particulalr circumstances. These sorts of things only come from having trusted relationships with providers and a good knowledge of somewhat more bespoke routes to finance; it is a step away from the "computer says no" algorithmic rejection. If you are getting nos from the standard routes I would highly recommend giving them a call.
