Where my first lawyer just turned silent when things got complicated, these lawyers stepped in and guided me from beginning to the end in a professional and comforting way. I had 3 attempts of purchasing land and in 2 occasions I got advice not to go forward with the purchase of these properties, for which I am grateful. They clearly respected my interest, unlike the real estate agents. A point of improvement could be the guidance and instructions of the local solicitors and notary. In my case that was not optimum.
