Absolutely terrible!

Ordered 8th June and today is 16th July. I’ve emailed them and filled out their online form. No reply at all and still no product. Hopefully PayPal will refund me as I’ve escalated my claim. Shocking!

After using this new shampoo for tick hair for various months, my hair gets greasy and really down. All the volume of my hair is gone. Something is wrong with the new formula that doesn't leave my hair soft, shine and with my natural volume as the old formula. I Stop using this.

The product, smelled weird, and left a burning sensation in the scalp.
The product was made in a different country than it normally is. Maybe a cheaper labour wage and quality.

Apalling customer service! The credit card was charged, yet the merchandise was never shipped. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner on January 30th after almost a week I haven't receive my order, they don't want to help to track my package and they said i have to call the shipping company which i found out they owned. They don't deliver on time and don't want to give me a refund, this is the WORSE COMPANY I EVER ORDER FROM, NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN , FIRST AND LAST TIME , HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE THIEF THEY STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS.

I received both an email and a text from Kerastase offering a promo…if you spend $50. you will get 4 samples free just enter in Hello2024 at checkout. I did exactly that…no where to choose the samples so I figured you couldn’t choose the samples yourself. Just to make sure I attempted this order the same way a total of 4 times, spent $59, entered the promo code Hello2024…no way to choose samples so I placed the order. Order arrived without samples, called customer service to discuss, and was told sorry they could not send out free samples and I was told that if I was having a problem with an order I should have called customer service then. I will consider that all offers and promo deals from Kérastase are full of phooey. An honest, reputable company would have made this right.

I should have stuck to the green bottles kerestase .
I thought I'd try the serum chroma its states its good for fine hair ! Its made made hair FLAT AND AWFULL why oh why did I change just wasted over $100 dollars

So, we moisturise our bodies after showering, we should be moisturising our hair too.
This product is absolutely indispensable to nourish our hair. It's a heat protectant, and a thick quality oil that NEVER makes hair greasy. I apply it before drying and a tiny amount on dry hair at the end of straightening. It's gorgeous, plus less hair fall as hair is nourished.

When I used to order it, it would come in a nice little box with tissue paper packaged all nice. This time it came in a huge box just thrown in. Not the biggest deal, but sure is a difference from before. Nothing like target packaging but paying high end prices.

Do not purchase from this company! I’ve been waiting for my product two weeks and it has never been shipped. Their customer service is terrible! They are quick to take your money, but never give you the option to cancel or refund your money. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Worst product ever my hair has fallen out over it I left the mask on for a couple of hours and my hair snapped off way to much protein

Terrible company. Received a spoiled by hit hair serum and mask. Products should not be used after such heating, as it is dangerous to health. Customers service didn’t help. If they don’t replace the products with normal ones or don’t pick up the damaged ones and don’t return the money, I will go to court. This abuse of users must stop.

Order placed three weeks ago. My credit card was immediately charged (almost $100.00). Never received product. Called customer service and was told that items were being shipped soon. Then received an email that my order was being returned due to "delivery attempt". What does that even mean?
I'm now on hold with customer service but no one is answering. Terrible company to deal with. BUYER BEWARE.

I received an empty package from them around the holiday (I have video proof because it felt empty when delivered, the packaging was not damaged). Contacted and got a reply on the same day that they will replace the order and will let me know the tracking details. A month now and no reply. I am trying to get my refund back on PayPal. I sent them the video after I finally knew how to downsize it so it can fit into an email.

I made an order about a week ago. The tracking states it was delivered. I never received the product . I wrote 2 times to their custumer services, the advertisement states they will replay in 24 bussines hours. Im still waiting for an answer. Thats shameless , such a big company,prices in the sky and 0% customer service. Shame for Kerastase.

Do not buy from this company they charged my credit card 1065$ for one mask that was 45$. I called them within minutes to tell them there’s a mistake. I told them to stop this order or cancel it. They said someone will call me back within 24 hours, 4 weeks later and almost daily calls to kerastase no one has called me back or fixed this issue. This is not an honest company.

When Krastase billed my credit card for $240.63, I knew it was fraudulant. I called them within 30 minutes to tell them I have been hacked. I told them to stop this order to North York. They said the would “open an investigation”. I called them 2 weeks later and they informed me that they decided to ship the order anyway, even though my credit card withdrew the funds. This is not an honest company.

I ordered a ($200+) kit from this collection over a month ago (9/26/22). An item was missing when it arrived and after contacting customer service 5 times, the missing product still hasn't been sent out (despite being promised it would be sent out with expedited shipping).

Worse yet - BOTH OF THE REVIEWS I POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE WERE DELETED BY THE COMPANY.

I would not reccomend anyone order from this company.

Absolutely appalling service ordered first time a shampoo & conditioner with the 20% discount for ordering 2 products - next day conditioner cancelled - yet can still order via website - I called kerastase to be told it was out of stock when packed - but you can order again via website at FULL PRICE - that was 6 days ago & my order has still not despatched. Tried emailing - ignored - tried ringing it states you are in a queue - the words 323 ???? Called ended ring back later - NEVER ORDER from these again appalling is being polite !
