Missing order and terrible customer…

Missing order and terrible customer service!
I’ve called numerous times and got stuck talking to the worst customer service rep, Alex every time. He sounds uninterested and uninformed. I explained that I only received one of my packages from my 2 orders and he said that they couldn’t do anything and that ups would follow up. After a week there’s no follow up from ups so I can kerastase again and I get Alex again and he says “looks like they closed the case and I can send you a replacement”. A week passes by again and I get nothing! No tracking email or follow up so I decided to call. I get stuck with Alex again and he says “oh, your replacement was never sent out because we didn’t approve it. You’d have to call UpS and see”.

Terrible run around and customer service. So much money spent and non existence customer care. Will never purchase again from these crooks!

Save your money and time and avoid their website! You would think with that price point there would be a more elevated customer service/support in place.

Horrible company to buy from!!

Horrible company to buy from!!! They run promos and then they don’t ship the full order. Emails go unanswered and don’t even try to resolve through their customer service. Expect to be put on hold and have to call repeatedly each time taking over 40 minutes. Service is absolutely awful!!!!

Absolutely worst online experience…

Absolutely worst online experience ever. I understand we are in the midst of a pandemic and what not but I feel like taking 2 weeks to "process" my order is absolutely ridiculous. And when I have called numerous times to try and resolve this and take the 10 dollars extra shipping charge off they give me generic answers and apologize for the inconvenience and state the extra 10 dollars will be removed. At this point I am SO disenchanted with Kerastase I will 100% be shopping around for a different luxury brand product to use on my hair.. So bravo for losing a LONG TIME customer due to your lack of caring about your customers or you're horrible customer service.

Worst experience ever buying online

Worst experience ever buying online. they dont respond emails, they charge but dont deliver, their delivery dates are not accurate and no ones respond. For a company that charge so much for their products I would expect a decent online service, especially now that online is our only option. It's been 11 days that I purchase products and have no clue on when is going to be delivered.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They take up to 5 days to reply to chats or emails and their promo codes rarely work. I never get a response when asking for help. For someone who spends THOUSANDS of dollars with their company, you’d think they’d be more responsive. Looking to purchase elsewhere.

Thieves. Unreliable.

I bought so many products that cost over $500. They took too long to send y products that I forgot about them. When I told the courier to send the package back because I couldn't remember what I bought online, they just kept my products and my money!!!!! And did not even bother following up.
