AEA cannot even keep the parts in stock to the air
guns they offer! I have asked for 2 different items, and was told that they didn't have them and didn't know when! These parts were NOT accessories, but rather crucial for the functionality of their products. Also, in some cases of a well known valve lock issue on their Megalodon, they wouldn't respond whatsoever! This is unacceptable period. The positive thing about this is, I know where NOT to purchase future PCP air guns!

Horrible Support for AEA compressor DRY-PAC
I bought the AEA compressor with the DRY-PAC in November 2024. Connecting the tube coming from the compressor to the hose of the DRY-PAC, the thread does not fit. It has been 5 weeks now that I cannot use my brand new compressor, as the support for whatever reasons ask more questions, offer me to send back everything or tell me they could not figure out the problem. It's insane: I made fotos, exactly showing where the problem is, I ask them to send a tube with a fitting hose - NOTHING!!!
The support is sooo bad, it's mind blowing. I just don't understand their behaviour... I am super frustrated.

Fantastic communication…
Fantastic communication through WhatsApp and all my questions were answered. The airgun I wanted was a pre-order and was delivered earlier than promised. It was discounted on Black Friday and even though I'd already paid, they refunded me to the discounted price. Delivered by DHL with no issues at all. Would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

No response to my inquury as to why the valve pin i purchased for the AEA Terminator does not work in my gun. Spent 82$ on tgis valve pin and air now leaks out of the barrel when its installed.
