Problem sorted! With no pain!
I had a problem with the trigger on my Skout compact .25. I contacted Keith via WhatsApp. He was very patient showed me how to strip my gun down by stripping one down himself and show me on video feed. There was a problem with the micro switch on my rifle. He told me to contact Tony at ASI UK.
Tony was also very helpful as always. My new trigger mechanism arrived the next day by post.

Quality checks needs improving
I received a barrel shroud that was gummed up with epoxy and not usable. It was replaced quickly which I appreciated.
I also received a magazine missing the locking magnets but from Spain through Wolfig, a Skout rep with their website looking like the Skout Shop. So I thought it was the US site.
Thiese were 2 products that escaped the quality checks and ended up at the end user on my first order....!
Otherwise, I am happy with the both the Epoch rifle, and the fast response to correct the issues.
