Every order is a delay upon a delay and excuse upon excuse. Their web shop in-stock status is a complete fabrication. They'll gladly take your money, everything after that is a lottery.

They sent me the wrong caliber rifle, offered to give me a refund coupon if i keep it, then prohibited use of coupon when combined with discounts.

They also sent me a rifle with a regulator installed, but unregulated port on it, then took 4-5 months to correct the mistake.

Joke of a company, avoid AEA Airguns and all Wolfiek Group shops like the plague. They're not worth your money.

They are selling airguns with magazines that break after a while, sometimes on the first use, very bad quality valve pins etc. They will take your money and ship the items fast but that's were it ends. ZERO customer support, they do not answer to emails if you have a problem. They simply ignore you. If you ask them to buy something new they will reply immediately... Terrible company.

The first order went wrong.After fixing that problem.I bought a second pcp gun and that one went FANTASTIC!

Agility and excellent delivery time, very fast postage. The products are very well packaged.

The only problem is i want more youtube movies how the gun do open and make &clean all stuf.
There are movies from bvb. the element2 but i see other regulator and not al the steps you need do it right by youtubers.

The gun sucks. Aea bintac 50. 3 shots boom air hissing all over friends laughing. Embarrassing. Plus iam suppose to go to Africa to do hun review with gun.. now they make it like it's my fault the way they talk to you. Cmon guys u can do lots better.

Unfortunately only the shipping costs are lot to Germany, if it is small package..

Shipping Costa and taxes we're nearly twice as much as the part ibordered

Customer service is non-existent. Especially for UK customers. I asked questions about a purchase, no answers, completely ignored them. The company appears to be a victim of it's own success. If it is to survive then it REALLY needs to invest in customer support, especially considering the prices it is charging for rifles. I also believe the rifles are not ready yet for consumers, they haven't had enough "field time" to work out issues and fixes, with zero effort made in educating customers on potential problems and ways to repair them. They just rely way too much on YouTube influencers. WAKE UP AEA before a better and more robust company takes you on, WITH customer service.
