I would definitely recommend AEDexpert
I would definitely recommend AEDexpert, the order was dealt with professionally and efficiently.
The only issue was the poor attitude and ability of the UPS driver. AEDexpert dealt with this effectively. Ultimately this should not reflect AEDexpert as it was an issue outside of their control.
Thank you for your help AEDexpert, we would definitely use you again.

As you have always been aware, we are based in The Netherlands and use an English telephone number to allow our customers to contact us at local rates. As you did not respond to the 2017 manufacturers recall notice for your AED, nor renew your AED service contract when it expired in 2016, your costs are not covered under the terms of the manufacturers warranty, this is clearly explained in the documents that accompanied your AED. In an attempt to help you, we have explained to you, that you can send your AED to us and we are happy to cover the costs of the repair, issue a brand new 5 year battery and return your AED to you free of charge. We look forward to receiving your AED, so that we can carry out the repair under the manufacturers warranty and return your AED to you as quickly as possible.

You placed your order online just before noon on the Friday, it was delivered on the Monday as UPS do not deliver at the weekends. It is clearly stated on our website that orders are dispatched UPS Standard delivery, which is 2-3 working days. It is not possible for us to offer same delivery and this is not mentioned or offered anywhere on our website. For any urgent orders, please contact us in advance to enable us the opportunity to discuss your delivery options with you.

The company was excellent
The company was excellent. Kept me informed, replied promptly and were experts in AED's. UPS on the other hand were useless. They gave a date for delivery and never turned up, They then emailed to say they would deliver it the next day, but could not give any time - even Am or PM. We were in all day, they merely put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver it but never rang the door bell. We had to go to a shop in town the next day to collect it. So delivery took over three days and wasted a lot of our time.

Recently purchased a Heartsine 360P …
Recently purchased a Heartsine 360P from AEDexpert after doing a lot of research on the Internet. We chose AEDexpert as they offered a package that was more than just the initial purchase and so will give our members confidence that our defibrillator will be looked after for years to come.
Telephone calls to UK sales office were answered quickly and the defibrillator was despatched and arrived in 2 days.
