The engineer was able to come out the same day as my call; he very helpfully gave me a time for arrival - important, as I don't live at the property and it saved me hanging around. We had experienced a repetitive fault which an engineer from elsewhere had never been able to correct. David knew immediately what the problem was, and dealt with it very efficiently. He was brilliant.

Rang 3-30 on Thursday and there by 8am. Brilliant service. They got on with job and was all sorted in an hour or so. Would highly recommend them

It was an excellent customer experience from the start. After messaging about my loss of satellite signal aerialandsatelliteexpress.co.uk replied to my WhatsApp message with details that an engineer, would call the next day (I messaged late in the afternoon) with a time to come out for a free quote. Ryan (engineer) called when they said he would. Came out within 24 hours of my message, qouted, fixed my issue. There were no hidden costs. Ryan was professional, friendly and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Very happy. Would recommend and use again.

The experience was great because they came the same day I called and sorted the problem then I asked if they could do another job and they came the next day. The electrician was polite and tidy up afterwards. I would recommend them to friends and family

Everything went really well - from the call to book the visit to my home, through the advice and options discussed on site with Carlos (the engineer) to the completion of the replacement aerial and cable. I am very pleased with the service provided and with the quality of the work. Our TV problem is solved.

Excellent service. Phoned and spoke to a person not a machine telling me to press various buttons. Very efficient. Someone came out on the same day that I phoned. Had my old aerial replaced by a very pleasant engineer called Jack who advised me what was needed and fitted it without any fuss. Would recommend this company.

Friendly efficient engineer. Understood requirements and fitted new aerial. Only issue was not removing old aerial from chimney and bolting new one to facia and not the wall.

I rang this company last week to arrange an aerial installation for my mother in law 2 hours from me. I explained she could only have the work done between 8-11 as was going everyday from Skegness to Boston Hospital to see her husband. (Both in their 80’s). They said they would be there first thing Monday. I sent a message in messenger too with all requests. Monday morning nothing…. When I rang they said they left voicemail at 4.50 pm but would sort it first thing next day.Engineer then rang next morning to make visit for afternoon… I explained that I had told the company it had to be in morning and why. The engineer was coming from Nottingham that day but booked in next day for first visit. This morning, another engineer rang to say they would be there between 2-4. I was soooo annoyed. I told him why I would be ringing the head office. It wasn’t his fault but I was fuming. I rang the company who put me through to a Manager. I had left a very upsetting message cancelling the engineer. The manager was nice, and offered un half price visit but was not impressed at all, and said without trust was not a money issue. They could have charged double then halved it. I booked with Aerial Force who were lovely.

Explained to the office the problem I had Appointment made for the engineer to attend the next day. Engineer phoned to confirm the time of his arrival.
. Arrived on time introduced himself.very polite and courteous. Carried out an initial survey and explained what he thought was the problem.Carried out the repair tested the system working correctly cleared away all rubbish left the site clean

Engineer Dave arrived gave us a quote and time to discuss. Happy with the price which was fair and Dave then fitted the TV Bracket to the wall.. fitted the tv and showed my husband how it all worked. Dave was quick, efficient and tidied up after himself. Good workman and pleasant and helpful throughout the fitting .. would highly recommend and definitely use again.. thank you very much .. lynne
