Recently changed broadband etc provider for elderly mother. She was left with no freeview channels and limited service. Contacted this company this morning, as no call out charge, and an engineer attended within the hour. Engineer was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem and gave a solution very quickly. My only issue is that in total the engineer was here no more than 20 minutes, He fitted an aerial, head height and connected it to an outside fitment already in situ. The TV was then tuned. This installation took about five minutes and cost £280. As my mother had been without TV for a couple of days we paid this price. However, if it was for myself I would have shopped around. I’ve spoken to an engineer through work contacts and he also stated this cost was excessive for work carried out. I have since had a reply from the company on Trustpilot who obviously just use a standard reply as no comment made on the issue of the cost.

Phoned Thursday night to report a loss of signal on many channels. Friday afternoon a new Ariel installed no fuss all done in 20 mins. Well recommended

Rang Friday, given an appointment on Saturday and told I would get a call between 8am and 10am to confirm what time. Only negative was that I had to ring them at 10am to find out the time but was given a time slot and told engineer would call me when on his way. Engineer Steve did call and arrived 45 minutes later. Job done (renewal of LNB on satellite dish) paperwork completed and left about 30 - 40 minutes later.

The problem was spotted by the fitter just looking up at the aerial. New aerial fitted. TVs now working with excellent signal. Fast efficient work. Fitter was polite, considerate and arrived promptly. Happy with the service. Just a pity they weren't able to dispose of the old aerial for me ! Still highly recommended.

Should have the option for 0! I contacted this company because it was "local". My elderly mother waited in for THREE days for a quote for her TV to be mounted on the wall. On the 3rd day of waiting she got a call and a quote £180 to fit the TV on the wall, that is for a basic bracket and 4 holes to be drilled. The technician was from another part of the country, certainly not local. Absolutely DISGUSTED with them. Not with the engineer but with the company that I called, two different entities!!! She struggles and this has really upset her, it has been very challenging. DON'T USE THEM, AND NOTE THEY ARE A NATIONAL COMPANY WITH MANY WEBSITES!

Gave very good advice about digital signal and now all sorted!

Next day service, and punctual arrival following phone call with ETA. Very polite and helpful engineer, Carlos, came up with better solution than the original fitting. All sorted within an hour despite difficult access. Very impressed.

The best service. Couldn’t have gone better aerial erected very quickly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Had a conversation with Colin the aerial man who pointed me in right direction as to what option would be best for me ,the work was all completed within an hour to a high standard minimum fuss and mess he even cleared up .Well done would highly recommend this service for both being friendly and efficient.

The work carried out by the engineer was good, it is on the more expensive side, however the premium comes with being instant. I now know for next time if I do have any issues - directly reach out to HO as they are keen to resolve any issues straight away.

I would recommend using them after this experience and will use again when I need to.

Engineer arrived on time, demonstrated the problem found and thoroughly explained the options available before replacing the storm-damaged Sky dish and cables.

2. He had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes
3. He left and collected a new aerial within 10 minutes and fitted it i 5 minutes
4. Everything is working well again

Honestly, I cannot praise TV Aerial Express high enough. The reception on our TV was getting worse and worse and, in desperation at 5.30 on Friday evening, I phoned TV Aerial Services to say that our family was arriving at 11.00 on Saturday morning and were hoping to watch Wimbledon. Almost unbelievably, your wonderful engineer, Carl, arrived at 10.30 in the morning and within half an hour had identified the problem and installed a new aerial on the roof. He was so good and quick at his job, so knowledgeable, so cheerful and helpful. I could have hugged him! Please be sure to thank him for us.

Not entirely impressed with the company who managed to give the fitter both the wrong time and the wrong house number.. but Aaron carried the day. Quick discussion of options, clear quote, up and down ladders at speed, planning ahead in case of future changes, waited until TV had retuned and then departed. Turned up early evening well after all other companies would have called it a day. 5 stars for Aaron at least.

Promised receipt hasn't turned up though..

Phoned in the morning due to an issue with the communal Aerial and no signal being received. Needed new parts, which were purchased and fitted before 3pm. Very quick, friendly and efficient service, could not recommend highly enough. Thank you for all that you have done today, will Definitely be calling again when we have issues
