I had a great experience booking my flights to Sri Lanka with AeroTravels. The booking process was completely stress-free and handled with great care. A special thank you goes to Roshani, who went above and beyond to help me secure my tickets. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail is truly appreciated. I will definitely book with them again.

Booked a holiday to Japan through AeroTravel. Kevin was my rep super keen and helpful to book the trip. There was good communication, but it was a bit stressful that the paperwork didn't arrive until the day before travel.

Once in Japan it was really disappointing the hotels that were booked and sold as "central" locations were not central at all and a 45min train ride in and out and the service at one of the hotels was particularly bad. They were not accommodating to provide breakfast in advance of a tour we had booked. On another occasion refused breakfast.
