Darren Wood installed a smart meter in my home on 25 February 2025. He was professional, courteous and friendly. His work was efficient and of a high standard. He explained the process in detail and took time to explain how the smart meter worked. He was friendly and ensured He cleaned up after the work was completed. Would highly recommend.

Michael was very brilliant, have been trying for 2 years to get a smart meter installed and he got it sorted for me straight away.

Darren was my smart meter installer today and phoned before he arrived , Darren was able to answer any questions I had, both meters fitted and working he explained about the in-house display and left a tidy job making sure everything was working fine

Darren Wood installed a smart meter today. He contacted us to tell us when he would be coming. He arrived promptly. He explained what he was about to do and then he got on with the job and finished it in good time. Darren was careful and considerate with parking and wiping his feet etc. He was cheery, friendly and professional. He explained how the smart meter worked and gave us some other advice to do with an old fuse box. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Michael peers visited my property as my gas meter wasn’t working!
He phoned me in advance to give me a time he would arrive and he came at the exact time. Michael travelled 3 hours to sort this out for me which I think is amazing and shows how committed to the job he is!
