Would of given 0 stars if that was a option. Totally mislead you into thinking you have been accepted for the latest phone. Also state that's it's a soft credit check when really it's a full credit check. Con you into a SIM card as well which is a separate deal. So then run two credit checks on you.
Also take all of your card details including your three digit security number. Telling you it's a bank check.
To then lead you too think you have been accepted and to tell you to wait for a confirmation email..
You then receive this email telling you that you have failed the credit check..
Avoid at all costs everyone.. you will not get the phone they promise you and chances are they are scamming you by taking all your card details.
Reported card stolen so good luck getting any money out of me..
Have already contacted my solicitor about this dodgy company and will almost certainly be taking this further.

I had some misunderstanding at first with them due to a little miscommunication but Chloe and Helmi called and cleared everything up. The Issue has been resolved now and everything is fine. I would recommend them for any deals. Helmi in particular was exceedingly helpful

Popped into EE shop they stated I wouldn’t of got given a mobile phone at all it would of only been a short m card only plus you couldn’t a iPhone 14 pro max for £32 a month with unlimited text calls and data for that price… they would of only sent me a SIM card only.. The shop checked the number and it wasn’t an er order.. the right price would of been around £60/70 a month. No one pays £42 for a SIM card only. I did sent them an email and they have cancelled my order.. So hopefully no SIM card will come out..

Every time I rang these people up they all ways polite and all way help u out with good deals no matter what your budget is they try find u the best offers out there

Absolutely horrible service , they put my name on an EE simcard even though I've specifically said not to . I now owe EE £600. DO NOT TRUST AFFORDABLE OFFERS AT ALL . they give fake names too , I've had the same person call me 3 times and each time they've presented themselves with a different name . SHAME ON AFFORDABLE OFFERS DIRTY SCAMMERS .

What I thought was great customer service turned out to be an absolute shambles having told them several times to cancel the order they proceeded to place an order for a sim only plan when contacting them they wouldn't cancel it iv contacted the provider and they can't do anything because its through a third party company. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST!!!
