Bit of a strange one, I placed my order for a radiator and valves, within a few minutes I received an email asking me to book my delivery slot a week later no problem I was not in a rush for the radiator. The delivery day came and no delivery I messaged them on the chat bot and was given by the looks of it a generic response of something went wrong with suppliers system (not true I spoke to Reina). I was at this point panicking as I had looked at the reviews and could see a pattern emerging, the company said they could deliver on Tuesday 3 days from the original delivery date given and to my amazement my radiator and valves arrived in perfect condition. If I had been given this date originally it would have been no issue so I just don’t understand why they run the company this way. In terms of a scam it isn’t but it’s just a bit messy. This is a genuine review too haha

Item listed as in stock on website. Paid. Advised out of stock. Replacement similar item offered. Silence. Completed online form seeking delivery update. Reply stated guaranteed delivery within 7 days. Nothing. Possibly worst online experience to date. Requested refund. Online representative not prepared to engage. One month so far, still waiting.........

ORDERED A HEATING ELEMENT ON 31ST JAN 24, TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE 9TH FEB BUT BY 19TH FEB, AFTER 3 EMAILS I HAVE HAD NO DELIVERY OR RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND JUST LEFT IN THE DARK. WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH ON THE NET. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DO NOT BUY - No sign of delivery on selected day- waited in all day . No number to call and no response to delivery noshow. Am notifying my credit card company - fraudulent site. Wished I'd seen reviews before

Twice my delivery of bathroom ware did not arrive and both times I only found out it won't arrive because I contacted the company. Third time I asked for a refund. A week later received an email stating it would be processed on or before 25th of January and then may take 7 days to arrive into my account. 16th February still not received a refund or had a reply to my many emails. I would not recommend this company.

Stay clear of this bunch of cowboys, there are plenty of good honest companies out there.I ordered two aluminium radiators and paid for them in November 2023.One week later the day before they were to be delivered they sent me an email saying they don't have them and offered me alternatives however by then I needed them ASAP and was not able to contact the company to find out a delivery date so I cancelled the order. In January 2024 I had not received my refund and tried to contact the company, live chat seemed to be the only way and so I had a chat with customer services, they could see that the order had been cancelled on December 5 and I was told this would be passed to the refund department for processing however could I also send an email, which I did on 30th January. Two weeks later I have tried on two occasions to contact the company and have been unable to get a response. I will now have to go to my credit card company to start an action claim against affordable rads. My experience with this company has been shocking and suggest using a more honorable company.

How can this firm still trade? Having been ripped off to the tune of £260 and still being ignored by them I turned to Klarna for help and received a slightly similar experience. After explaining at length to them that the firm does not respond in any fashion I was told to contact them again Great. I agree with other people posting about their experiences. As soon as a bad review hits Trust Pilot there are straight away three or four five-star reviews which are obviously spurious.

Doesn't even merit one star. Stay well away from these people. Radiator never arrived. Wasted all day waiting for it. No communication before "delivery" or since I contacted them through email and chat line. Disputing transaction through Amex.

Delivery was very fast can't fault them at all. Radiators were also top quality, i would certainly order from here again, with the discount i received they were an absolute steal....

Was given a delivery date for a radiator and told had to be in. No further updates given. Did not arrive and impossible to get an update from the company. No phone number and chat bot will not give an online update. Have now read other reviews and would appear that this is a common issue

Spoke to a live chat agent as i had an issue with my order, Placed the order for the wrong size radiators...Nothing was too much trouble. They amended and refunded the difference straight away. Very happy with the level of service and how understanding they were. The radiators look good decent too!! Thanks

Bought radiator for delivery on 06/02/24. Despite waiting in for 10 hours they didn’t deliver. No way to contact them by ‘phone. They don’t reply to their customer service form and there online chat simply diverts you back to the customer service form unless you threaten to cancel the order. Having done that they then promised a different delivery date. Still failed to deliver. Now having to go through credit card company for a refund.

Avoid at all costs . They take your money and make false promises. Been waiting on refund for couple months now .if you order from them and have any issues you have got no chance of communicating with them . Takes weeks to even get a reply which then is just a pack of lies . Avoid avoid avoid . Worst company I have ever had to deal with

This is without doubt the worst company I have dealt with. Avoid at all cost. Full of excuses and broken promises. Impossible to engage with in any meaningful manner. "Can't phone as we are changing provider and the lines are down". Items eventually arrived after approx 3 weeks..... Damaged! Missed the second "guaranteed" delivery
date. Assume on the back of this review there will promptly be 2 or 3 five star reviews to offset the star rating. All a pattern of a dishonest and terrible company.
