Purchased a designer radiator. After fitting it rusted out very quickly. Initially all of my emails were answered, told the replacement radiator was out of stock and would be replaced after 8 weeks. After 10 weeks I started contacting them again and all emails were ignored - now they are bouncing back. £400 out of pocket so far, not giving up just yet but would not recommend a purchase from them. Fore warned and all that. Still ongoing months later.

I have ordered JTP Douche Set Complete With Safety Shut Off - Chrome on 2nd February 2024. Today is 30 March 2024 and have not received item yet, despite sending message 3 -4 times online on website, very poor communication.
Now I have noticed today that website is down.

Scam. Site has now disappeared. Purchased a radiator after waiting 6 weeks was told to wait another 6 weeks. I asked for a refund and now a month later still waiting, have had to raise a dispute with Klarna.

Thieves.

Couldn't get product. Offered and agreed cancellation. Refund never arrives and contact stops . Chargeback done, Then a company called designer concept radiators will charge your card and you will have to wait years for klarna to sort it out (nearly 3 months now) PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Sanitary ware didn’t arrive, company didn’t reply to emails. Paid using PayPal thank goodness and eventually got my money back. Not a single word from the company.

I cannot emphasize this enough..do not purchase from here. I bought 2 radiators, they provided a delivery date of March 12th. Ever since my payment their customer service does not exist (ie I cannot get through to anyone), I get a bounce back on emails and the website won't load. Have had to file a ticket with Klarna (who they make you pay through) to get my money back. Essentially they are here to scam you, take your money and then dip. I have no confidence in the validity of this company.

Never received item after a few months. Like others on here was promised a refund but after 2 months I still have not received the item or the refund. The website has now been taken offline. Complete scam and lots of money and time wasted. I wish I had checked the reviews first!

Item never arrived! No way of speaking with anyone and now the website is down. Do not trust! Fake.

I ordered a radiator that the site said was in stock. A week later they emailed me to say the supplier had let them down and did not have the radiator in stock. One month later and I still don't have a refund on the radiator I ordered, that they never had in stock.

This company are a con. Site is down, were formally luxpad group and now shut down. I have 2 radiators that are faulty and supplied last year. After countless emails and agreements to replace, they have stopped responding. Pathetic!

Don't buy from this company they take your money and run. No reply to your emails and no phone number. Please be Warned ⚠️

This company is not legitimate. They will take your money and if you cancel, they will promise to refund but not follow through. All communications is directed to a now-non-existent live chat or an unresponsive email address.

Avoid at all costs.

Post script: the website is no longer live. There is every indication that this is a fraudulent operation, as are their associated sites, such as Designer Radiator Concepts.

No item delivered on named date, no reponse from seller and as of 22/03 no website...

ordered items 29.2.24, then received email with a delivery date earliest for 12.3.24, which i thought was slow but left order in place.
15.3.24 tried to contact customer services re delivery as nothing had turned up, had no joy so ended up ordering flush plates from elsewhere.
only way to contact to cancel is via live Chat, i have attempted this on the 15th, 18th, 20th, 21st March in total approx 8 times at various times during the day, each time is same thing no one there to deal with, unsure where i go to get a refund as links to contact forms seem to be dead as well

My previous review by declare that I could not contact them and I’ve been trying on many occasions as I am waiting for a radiator which I need before the 29th of March. It’s really strange but I’m now trying to go onto their website and it appears I’ve been blocked so affordable radiators if you’re reviewing these which I’m sure you are you need to look at my order and reinstate my belief in your company which I will issue you now. After being let down on two occasions and communication is pretty much impossible. You will have my email address as you’ve sent me two confirmations of delivery which hasn’t turned up. I have not received the toilet I had ordered, I was given a delivery date almost 2 weeks ago now (8th March 2024), no communication whatsoever, no live chat available as no agents available (although I did get through before ordering to check stock) my mail came from luxpad group, I was also sent another email confirming the order from bathroom design concepts, the payment wen to affordable rads. I am waiting for PayPal and Barclaycard to get back to me as I have opened a case against them. AVOID! If I had not had the communication beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered at all based on the reviews, if you don’t trust the reviews, bare minimal you can fo is book using credit card and PayPal. DO NOT USE DEBIT CARD

Much like most people in this thread, we’ve had a horrendous experience with this company. Ordered a radiator and valves in January, was told it was out of stock, and then we I cancelled the order a month ago I have basically heard nothing from them and no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Would give no stars goods never arrived still waiting for substantial refund. No replies to emails no telephone number appalling service

Very poor experience, ordered a sink and radiators through this company. I arrived a delivery date and there has been no communication since. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and managed to get a full refund via them. Honestly wonder how these sort of companies survive. I would pay the extra and at least have the peace of mind you will receive your items, now I’m having to push back the dates for all my contractors for my bathroom refurb. AVOID!
