They will take and start asking for documents and after you provide they will come to a verdict that they will not pay you the money and also will not refund the money to the sender. Beware!!!! I have been trying to send to Kenya,the transaction keeps failing, each time i contact customer services they say the same thing over and over that there is a issue with the line and to try again in two hours, 8 time I have tried, absolutely useless. Even trying to get the money back into my bank account from the wallet isn't straightforward . This company is a scam, don't use them
This is my third review the first one was thumbs down then they resolved the problem and I got a call from a customer service rep saying would I please change the review so I change it to a positive review and it's a week later and it is definitely all thumbs down stay away from this app and stay away from this company
