Amazing service, was originally offered an alternative as the ring id ordered was out of stock. Spoke with Miriam and she confirmed that they could make my original ring and would get it sent out asap. Received my ring ahead of time. Beautiful ring, quality is amazing. Great product! Delivery time way too long
Very happy with the product, wasn't sure with the company prior to purchasing as reviews say “out of stock” constantly, so i ordered and and i got the same out of stock email, 3-5 weeks to be delivered, it seems like they make the products to order which is why its such a long turn around to obtaining the item which should be advertised rather than finding out after ordering and then having to give permission to continue with the order, but in whole happy with the product but not happy with the time it takes to come.

You get what you pay for ....
I bought a ring just over a year ago and recently lost a stone. I was advised to return the ring which I did. I received an email which stated there was significant damage to the claws and that the ring would need to be remade and the charge would be £60. I declined to go ahead and took my ring to an independent jeweller who could tell me most of the stones were loose, there was no damage at all to the claws and was down to very poor workmanship

Thank you for your feedback. All of our jewellery is backed by a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee, which means that if there is ever an issue related to the manufacturing of your order, we will always repair or replace it free of charge.
In your case, once the ring was received back, our workshop carefully inspected it and identified damage to the claws. As this was not a manufacturing fault, the repair would therefore be chargeable.
We always recommend exercising caution when seeking opinions from external jewellers, as assessments can sometimes vary and may not always be impartial. Our team takes great care to provide honest and accurate evaluations for every repair.

I ordered my wife a new engagement…
I ordered my wife a new engagement ring. They didn't have her size in stock. I needed it for a certain date but it wasn't going to be ready in time. They sent a place holder ring while the correct size was made. A few weeks later they emailed to say it was ready and I sent the place holder ring back and they paid for the delivery for it. I have a happy wife.
The customer service was first class and I will definitely be using this company in the future.
