Excellent pc well built my daughter love it

Product wasn't ready as expected but there was very good communication and continual updated throughout from the team and a quick delivery once ready. Great product.

I like how they put it together and then test it to make sure all the components work . Very high standards.

The ordering process in store was extremely quick, I was in and out of the store in around 10 minutes. I also had a lot of question that o wanted to ask throughout the entirety of the waiting period between ordering and receiving my delivery, all of my questions were answered as well as those answers being given in an expectedly quick manner which was a very nice surprise. Once I received my delivery I was very happy with the ease of setting up the PC with no issues whatsoever and have been extremely happy with the performance of the PC. Could not be happier. I ordered a ready to ship PC, and my experience was great. I ordered mid afternoon on Monday and my PC was at my door by Friday morning. I was kept in the loop at each stage and the PC works a dream. Easy to assemble when arrived and works smoothly and looks great!

Good customer service everything went well with sales but just over priced with the laptop

The process is smooth and fast. Don't worry if your custom built PC sits at allocating parts for a while, the following steps to testing, shipping and delivery go quickly. Plus I hear they build 200 PC's a day.

i booked a call with tech support once I got my PC to switch off all the RGB lights. Can't talk highly enough about Aftershock. The tech support dude knew exactly where everything was on my motherboard.

Games run soo good

Amazing customer service. Really easy to make the custom builds, and fair pricing, they have a very straightforward website UI. The FAQ section helps with almost everything I was worried about, and when I put in my question that wasn't there they were very fast to respond, within the day, very good when your worried about something, gives you peace of mind. Only issue I have is the update system for custom PC's is a bit off. Been on one stage for a bit, but that was stated to be normal, I'm just very impatient cus my last PC is broken so I've been twiddling my thumbs waiting for it lol

So I have been playing off and on due to work, but it’s runs so smooth once I figured out the correct settings for games I have. Very satisfied and will upgrade when it comes time to do so

I purchased my computer from Aftershock about 12 months ago and I needed a fix and a firewire card fitted. Dylan who I had the most communication with during my process of trying to get a scanner talking to the computer.

The service I received from Dylan was nothing short of exceptional and nothing was a problem at all.

I would have no hesitation is putting their name forward in a heartbeat as I know everyone there is will to help.

I ordered on Tuesday at midday and came by Wednesday 2pm, pc is amazing looking, have great deals when events are on 0 issues

Order to delivery was very quick and the computer came undamaged. Very good build quality from what I've seen and the PC works perfectly.

Only problem I had was getting the foam out of the PC case - FYI some cases have a metal tab that you pull towards you to get the glass out (took me far longer than it should have to figure that out).

Otherwise, the process was great!

The experience with aftershock was great. The laptop was delivered within a week of a custom build and arrived without a problem or delay. Would highly recommend buying from them again.

I ordered a high-end pre-order workstation from Aftershock. The PC arrived in excellent condition and was well-packaged for transport. It's a pity that they couldn't include a GPU anti-sag bracket for such a high-end build, given that it houses a massive RTX5090. Other than that, I am happy with what I ordered and the service that I received from Aftershock.
