The casino accepted deposits of more than 400 euros from me. At some point I got lucky and won 500 euros. I ordered a withdrawal on November 27th. Today is December 21st and I still haven't received my money. They gave me promises to pay within 3 weeks. Today I received a letter that they cannot pay me and they are closing my account.

The site has very good 24 hour customer service and a very good exchange rate and I’ve had a withdrawal as well so if your aware of the restrictions there’s no problem

I had to put one star to be able to write a review when I would have put minus 5. This is a rital rip off site who refuse to pay out any winnings even when you don’t use any bonuses or any other offers. They make up some other rule to stop paying out. Avoid like the plague. Don’t give them any of your money

If I could give no stars i would! They gave me a €5 bonus... which I won over €100 ... tried to withdraw, sent all my documents through... now telling me my withdrawal is denied. Dont bother ... they do not pay out!!!

Update*** after emailing them and pointing out 'errors' on their website (basically cant see any game/bonus/deposit history) they have blocked my email. Great customer service too 👍

A lot of games you cant play from uk but when you win and try to withdraw they ask for proof of your bank details and all cards you have used I sent all this in emails but they kept saying need to send it again this went on for weeks I spent a about €1500 and had winnings up to €2500 but In the end i just gave up please do not use this site

Automatically give you a 400% bonus which has a huge wager. You have to meet this requirement whether you asked for it or not and you can't lose your bonus to withdraw real money like other casinos do.

Don’t trust this casino deposited 120 euros won 750 , took all my winnings as only allows to bet 30 percent of deposit each time.

I deposited £20 and won £2500but because I bet over the 30% of my deposit per spin (£6) they kept my winnings and returned my £20. Not impressed
