For my job, I was using different applications, one for project management and others for creating a proposal or managing clients. All members of my team were working on different apps. These were causing us a lot of delays. Since I am using Agiled I am managing projects, clients and my team using only one tool. Agiled is a useful tool if you want to complete various jobs from one place. It is a great web-based application which I would recommend for all type of businesses.

Great platform to manage all your clients and employees how can I help your business in one

I signed up in Agiled a week ago and I'm really glad I did. It is really going to help me get rid of several other apps that we used, which will help us all to be more organized at the office with each customer's data and work in progress, but at the same time save us a substantial amount of money each year.

It was a little slow start since I had to import my customers from Zoho Invoice and Zoho CRM, but their support staff helped me on this task.

I recommend you try this product which has so many features.

I think the only one it doesn't cover yet (or maybe I haven't found it) is time tracking (employee punching system for IN and OUT)

I recently moved to Agiled because I needed a tool that I could manage client projects but also wanted them to have some other features to improve workflow and communication. That is where Agiled came in, great project management, and also so much more. Now clients can submit tickets, get proposals, invoices and estimates all from the one portal. Agiled is the perfect solution for small to medium-sized businesses or even solo entrepreneurs who are looking for an "all-in-one" solution to manage their everyday business needs. Agiled gives you everything you'll need from handling your finances, customers, leads, tasks/projects, and even allows you to do all this "white-labeled" using your own business domain, email, logos, etc.

While Agiled is aiming to be the best - I am with them on their journey. I became their customer in the very initial stage and liking the features and their support so far.

As an agency, it has become an imp tool that I need to manage my business.

My experience with the product and support has been phenomenal! I'm already in the process of talking with clients to show them to cut their costs and integrate their business management and PMO tools using Agiled. Plus, they are transparent about their roadmap and deliver on-time. Visually, it could use some work "out of the box" to appeal to a wider audience with less tolerance but it can be white-label customized.

Very easy to use. Allows me to keep track of projects as well as know what stage I'm at when dealing with clients. Keeps everything tidy and under one software roof. Also love the fact that you can use it for pipelining (I was looking for something that could do it all, so that's an added bonus. Also love the fact that you can use it for pipelining. Added bonus.

Excellent product where most of the businesses can benefit over the expensive alternatives. Team at Agiled is quite responsive. I am amazed at the speed at which roadmap is being implemented. Definitely would rate it as one of the modern and usable all-in-one CRM system.

Agiled does what it says. It's a young product so it's not perfect, but the future prospects are positive.

I enjoyed the onboarding experience. The platform is simple and uncluttered. I was expecting it to be slow but it was actually fairly fast and easy to navigate, unlike SuitDash which was slow and cluttered.

I think the devs are passionate and will continue to develop this. They already have quite a few integrations which was nice to see.

I am so confused with so many similar tools these days on Appsumo, especially for PM, HR, Invoice, you name it. Looks like the niche is somewhat saturated, but Agiled is something different. I jumped in and walk around in trial account in the first days and saw it sort of lame and dated design with great of bugs . Have checked back at very end and surprisingly impressed with how fast it improved in functionalities as well as the updates. And the most important thing is their super active and friendly support who are always there to answer and sort out any issue that I have. We see great potential of Agiled and decice to max stack at the very last minute for reseller account. It would easy pay for itself and beyond very soon, grab it while you still can, it could be the best investment in 2020 so far. Cheer 😀 🍺🍺

I'm simply amazed by the overall features and ease of functionality of the tool. Most of the times, I see tools not living up to the expectations, and /or not looking into the roadmap at all, but Agiled is indeed different.

The features deployed in the tool are a must-have in today's ever growing competitive environment. Once all the bugs are taken care of, Agiled will be the most sought after tools in this space. Extremely impressed with their roadmap too. The support is responsive and display willingness to help.

There had been a lot of Project Management and CRM tools that I have tried the past months but I ended up using Agiled.

The development is fast and there had been a lot of improvements the past two months of using. I like the chat and ticket system and is perfect for my need. It's very flexible and can be used as CRM or project management tool.

Hopefully the speedy pace of development will continue and deliver everything written on the roadmap. The developer has been also very active and helpful on chat.

Really wonderful, Cost effective, One Stop Solution software for CRM, Accounting, etc manymore.. Moreover they are increasing lot of new features which will be useful for business people...

As an independent contractor who works with many kinds of clients I find myself tracking down spreadsheets, invoices, and Google Docs just to keep my head above water, this program has been a life save recently as I have dipped my toes in the water of all it offers I feel more in control of the bigger picture and am able to focus on my services to a greater degree.

I have heard people critically say that Agiled is overly simplistic. I think some people are missing the point here. Yes it is simplistic but elegantly so. It easily integrates tools to perform complex tasks to pass results between different business team members who can then focus on their core rolls. ie. The bookkeeper doesn't need to know how to code and the coder doesn't have to know how to viral market etc... I see great potential for this tool to be customised to help small businesses adapting to Covid-19 life to develope a in hybrid interface to include online sales and e-commerce. When I asked about catalogue and sales feature plans I was told,
'we plan to add public pages for products where you will be able to build your product pages and sell your products online. We will add different options to organize the items inside the platform as well. We are also working on integration with Shopify and Woocommerce to fetch your products' They are also in the process of integrating Platform.ly, another SaaS I love.
I keep buying more subscriptions every time I look at this service. Finding new user case scenarios. They are not trying to reinvent the wheel, instead they are building a better vehicle to fit the wheels to! I have been trying to find a good integration tool to fill the gap between the ones I already use and this app offers this plus more.
I think that it will go far.

I have subscribed to implement in my freelance web design business.

I have tried multiple all-in-one systems before and found them either too expensive, to have too many features, or simply too hard to use.

I found Agiled to be easy to set up and had the client portal set up in no time. I had a few questions/along the way and the support was instantly available, ready to help and to listen.

I operate in the EU - so GDPR built in is essential, I am very pleased with this.

The UI is nice - for me its a functional work tool, the main thing is the client login portal, looks nice, and is fully white-labeled. Built in Darkmode is pretty cool, I love that.

Overall the product is in the early stages but the team is working hard to add features and squash bugs. I believe in this team and I believe that this product will soon be best in class.

Pros:
The support has been amazing in my experience and is a strong point. The onboarding ie when you click on a new function, explainer pop-ups appear. Support reply rate has been quicker than most other SaaS providers.
I also love how there is open APIs to help easily automate Agiled functions into existing business workflows.
Has many integrations and refinements and improvements from this team has been great and very encouraging.

Cons:
For any businesses that rely on email communication, at the moment, this may not be for you as you will not see a communication timeline. I have been told that they are looking into this function.
No plans for email automation either, but they can be easily integrated with other providers.

Experience:
Support has been amazing, onboarding fun and intuitive.
I don't have a need for a client portal, but something like this may sway me to start implementing. Not to say that you can't use it if you don't have a client portal. I am using this and would suit many other small businesses too.

Why chose:
The open API making it possible to integrate with my other software was a driver.
