Attentive Customer Support
I signed up for this software tool in 2019. I got derailed in 2020, so I was not able to login after that. Thus, I can’t give feedback as to the program itself, but I can say they have great customer support. I signed up with an email that I rarely used so I did not notice that my card continued to get charged the next 5 years. Upon request, they gave me a refund on the 5th year. How could I go 4 years without seeing a cc statement? My business went from $4M in revenue to $1.5M in debt due to activity of a group of white-collar criminals who prey upon small business owners. To say I was in the weeds is an understatement. I was overwhelmed.

Viral Launch - Simple & Affective
Viral Launch has been a simple and much more understandable platform to research and choose products for successful sales on Amazon for me.
Other platforms are not as easy to use and frankly, have very complicated sections that are for much more advanced sellers perhaps.

No value, it's a simple tool to use but very limited so I never really used it and went back to what I knew and was previously using. I received an email and rather unfriendly messaging from their customer service about my "free trial" was up and they were charging me. Weird, I canceled and notified my bank same day as I signed up. Would not recommend
