Over charged and misleading

I have been a cpd subscriber for many years on a preferential rate. I was informed that I was unable to update my new card details until my subscription had expired. After this date I was then told that my preferential rate was no longer available as I had let my subscription lapse. This is ludicrous. I am now being charged 10x what I was paying. Total scam
