Dishonesty. Ignorance.

The company is a complete organizational mess, lacking communication, and utterly ignorant, as evidenced by its failure to respond to employee emails and reqests. The company is dishonest; it hires for a different position with different responsibilities, as advertised on Indeed, and then changes the position for a worse one after the employee has started. Unfair employment conditions are evident in the fact that an employment contract with very unfavorable employment terms and conditions different from those initially offered in the job offer is given after the job begins. Unclear rules for participating in online mandatory training before starting work and before signing the contract. When asked if these training courses are paid (they should be, according to the law), the company responds that it doesn't know and refers to different people. Nobody gives a clear response. My claim for payment for the hours of training is ongoing. Strongly not recomended to work there.

I have been with Agincare Brighton for…

I have been with Agincare Brighton for many years. I have 8 carers per day , they come as double ups . My carers are very professional but friendly , they are my extended family. I am wheelchair bound and need hoisting , the care I receive is EXCELLENT!! The office staff are always there to help with any queries . The manager Noel Sweeney runs a tight ship and is a very understanding and helpful captain . I have given Agincare 5 stars and they deserve each one.
