It has been over 10 years since I last built a wooden ship model. When I decided to take on another build I did a lot of research, and decided to go with Agora. I could not have made a better decision everything is exactly as promised. I received the full kit of the USS constitution. The parts are absolutely amazing everything is complete and of great quality I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new build. 👍 The customer service is amazing all of my questions were answered in a timely manner and with total satisfaction

Some parts had flaws in the paint that needed several replacements. They were very understanding and provided excellent service, without hassles. In spite of the kit problems, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another kit based on how good the customer service was.

I am building my 3rd model from Agora
I am building my 3rd model from Agora, I have had a wonderful experience, with all of them. Any issue, no matter how small is addressed quickly and they're more than happy to help. Even when I've broken small parts, I contacted customer service and received a replacement, free with the exception of shipping, any damaged or faulty parts (there have been very few) have been quickly replaced without issue. The models are as detailed as they are well made. I have built the No Time to Die Aston Martin, the Corvette and currently, the Orca. Their support has been nothing short of remarkable! Agora has been fantastic.

Attention Ferrari 250 GTO owners!
Two different versions of the main body were delivered. One is made entirely of metal, the other of a metal/plastic hybrid construction at the rear (recognizable by four holes in the exhaust area). This latter version is prone to irreparable cracking. The metal version is simply poorly manufactured. Considering the high price of the kits, this is absolutely unacceptable!

I managed to break a couple of parts…
I managed to break a couple of parts whilst weathering the fabulous Orca model and the service team were very quick to respond and let me know how to buy the replacements that I needed.
Also, the model is going together really well (builder notwithstanding) and I'm enjoying it very much.
