Great products, price and service. The models are of excellent quality with very clear instructions, which makes assembling the models very enjoyable. Good choice of models available. I purchased using the £500 discount which made the models very reasonable.

Agora is a class act company. I’m on my fifth build with them and every model are awesome and amazing to build. Models are of great quality. Detail of the models are so true to life. I must say that Agora’s customer service is the best in the business. They respond very quickly and take of the situation promptly.
Looking forward in building many more models with Agora going forward.

Started building the Agora models SAS Jeep, a very straight forward build, one of the Jerry cans had the lugs missing which hide the screws heads.
Contacted Agora models which was very easy to do. And a new complete Jerry cans was sent out, I just expected the lug covers, which arrived with in a couple of days and came as a surprise. How quick the delivery was.
All the parts for this model are in recyclable envelopes and parts can easily get lost. Not over keen on this new packing idea.

The SAS Jeep is a replacement for Bismarck. Contacting customer service made this relatively simple. I received the first two packs last week and started construction yesterday. I completed stage one watching World of Wayne for instructions. What fun. Also watched " Rogue Heroes".

Looking forward to starting my Jaws ORCA build. My first part work build with Agora.

My purchase of the 007 lotus went smoothly and arrived quickly. Was amazing.
I’m half way through the build and am thoroughly enjoying it and is beginning to look fabulous.
The only constructive criticism is the instructions was hard to see the product clearly due to the car being white and on a white backround. For me it wasn’t too much trouble as I’m experienced model builder, beginners would find this hard.
Overall I’m exited about the product this is the second from agora and won’t be the last.

The customer service is off the charts. I know the model will rock my socks off.

Agora models has high quality products and great customer service. The online instructions for each build came in handy with limited work space. Will be looking forward to starting another build very soon.

I actually left a review a short while ago, but I've been so impressed by this company that I felt I wanted to add some more information.
I've built around 15 of these large scale partwork kits from all of the main manufacturers, Hachette, Deagostini, Eaglemoss and without exception, in my experience, they've been a total pain in the a** when it comes to delays, missing issues, poor customer service and random times when the issues are delivered.
Agora couldn't be more different. They have proved that it can be done right. Their issues arrive regularly and without any problems, and the contents are very well packaged to avoid damage. Their website is clear and it is easy to access your account, support and the downloads for the instructions.
My only minor gripe is that I personally prefer to have an actual physical instruction manual. I understand that it is obviously a cost cutting measure to keep the kits at a good price level & I'm not complaining about that at all, what would be nice is maybe the option to pay for a fully printed manual if you want one, although again, I understand that printing costs come into play.
Overall I just want to say that Agora is the very best company that I've dealt with for this type of kit building and by a big margin as well. I will definitely be continuing to buy their products ongoing and can very highly recommend them to everyone.

Customer Service and communication has been excellent every step of the way. Agora’s sense of urgency, professionalism, quality and exquisite detail has made for a most enjoyable modeling experience. I look foward to the final assembly and display of this fantastic Jaws 50th Anniversary Orca Model.

I appreciate the protection of the different parts in small bags. I appreciate the limited number of different screws.
I am greatly disapointed by the large predominence of plastic parts even for the motor, the chassis, the suspension , in contrast with the less expensive IXO models.
