Excellent service,really helpful ,really friendly staff great product

To start off this company has the worst customer service and does not honor their agora model promise. I did the titanic model and the amount that they charge you for it and had nothing but issues during the build. the model did not go together properly and all they want to tell you is they have had no other complaints about it. when you contact customer service to complain they just send you links to videos on you tube of other people putting the model together and tell you to watch them and it will go together properly. I have watched all the videos and watched videos from multiply people had still have issues. the model is NOT museum quality like they promise and satisfaction is NOT guaranteed like they promise. I was also missing parts and when you tell them it takes months to get them and they come from random addresses and people when you get them and a lot of the replacement parts I got were damaged when they came. also this seems to be any issue with all there models because I started a new model with them and have had missing parts and when I emailed them about it it took months to get a package that came from a random person and random address with parts form the stage that I was missing parts for and still ended up not getting the parts that I was missing to begin with because that package was missing them ads well. so beware of a company that CANNOT honor their own promise and guarantee. once they have your money they don't care. I think my only recourse at this point is to contact an attorney. Yes I am a customer of yours and I don't know what information you want.

u listen to fans hence the airwolf project and the orca would love a dbs and a vantage the supernatural impala , a foggy 916 a bike i know but ur doing great stuff hence my 3 subs orca ill do once another is done

I have been waiting since oct.10 2025 for a replacement of a damaged shipment.
Agora Models keep telling me is the package is on the way.

This is my first large scale model and my first Agora model. Very impressed with the quality and detail of the Routemaster Bus. Some pieces are very easily broken and I would like confirmation of the screw heads so I can get a larger screw driver as small ones supplied are not easy to hold but very good in tight situations. I will be buying the Jaguar next.

I have been waiting 8 Months for a display case that should have been deliverd with the Car. Sent multiple e-mails and am still waiting. would not recommend this is just one of the issues that i have had.
Have now receied the Display case within a week of posting this review and all issues have been resolved

The Ferrari GTO was a challenging, but very rewarding build. It was definitely one of my favorites. Agora's Customer Support was fantastic for any time I needed a replacement part.

Agora has very quality models. Excellent service help when there is a missing or damaged part. Their instructions are very good.

your customer service is very receptive, any time I've asked for their assistance they have been there.

Fast delivery, received first kit the day after it was ordered.

Very high quality models that can be assembled by beginners and experts alike. Customer service is very attentive and can resolve any issues such as a need for an extra part. My only disappointment is that the prices have increased dramatically this year.

Great model and it's equally great that the packages don't get spread out over a couple years. Customer service also appears to be spectacular.

Agora models is one of (if not the) most responsive companies I have dealt with. Quick responses to queries, a genuine desire to make their customers happy, and clear concise action to make things perfect. Amazing!

Fantastic products and really friendly and helpful customer service team

Fast delivery and good quality parts, but it’s only been the first shipment so time will tell how accurate that will be. Lost one star as no magazine is shipped with the issues now (unlike other Partworks builds). I understand this is to cut down on costs, but I’d rather pay a little extra for the magazine, and there is no mention of this omission on the Agora website don’t was a bit of a shock as I have watched all of the World of Wayne build videos and he got a magazine with every shipment (plus the World of Wayne video on the Agora website shows him flicking through his magazine!)

First I really enjoy my Agora builds. Second Agora customer service is pretty top notch …they respond very quickly. Their point plan is also a winner. Finally I like the ability to accelerate the build time line. That is pretty unique in the model subscription arena.For older modelers like myself with time for the hobby, accelerating the subscription is a major benefit.

Excellent customer support. Models are of the highest quality. Not cheap plastic push together kits.
Agora are willing to solve any issues as quick as possible, and assist where they can. Support are quick to respond.
