Have been with Agria for 6 years
Have been with Agria for 6 years. Haven’t had to use the insurance until the past 6 months but they have been exceptional every time I have called for help, clarification. The customer support staff are just that! Supportive! You don’t call your insurer unless something has gone wrong. Agria seem to understand that very well and couldn’t make things any easier. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!
I had a very specific request when arranging insurance for my working dog, and the service I received from Agria was outstanding.
I was contacted almost immediately and was able to explain my requirements in detail to a real person, which made such a difference. The following day, I received a response confirming that all of my needs could be accommodated.
Being able to speak to someone who took the time to listen and understand my situation was invaluable. Sadly, I can't remember her name as this was a few months ago, but she was absolutely incredible: knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful.
I'm very grateful for such excellent customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Agria.
