A fault developed with a starter motor that I recently purchased from Agriline. I dropped an email to the company via their website and without quibble they had a free of charge replacement ordered and despatched the very next day (Friday). I received the part today (Monday). Sasha Hollis in customer services took care of everything and offered a prompt and hassle free replacement. We will have the tractor back up and running far sooner than I had expected which is very important to our conservation work here on the nature reserve. Thank you Agriline.

I was impressed with the speed with which my order arrived in France - three days ahead of the estimated time of arrival, in fact. It was expertly packaged to protect a number of delicate items and included thoroughly professionally produced documentation. In addition, the parts themselves appear to be of high quality, which I'm sure they are. Well done and thank you.

Range of products is excellent, website is easy to navigate with clear product information. I have made a few purchase recently as part of a restoration project all were of high quality and reasonably priced. Everything was delivered next day as promised, even when ordered after 13:00. I have requested additional information which was supplied quickly.
Both a VAT invoice and a detailed invoice are supplied on purchase which is helpful.

Expensive delivery. Apart from that, the quality of the parts is very good. Ordered several times but am always shocked by the delivery charges. I am aware of increases but I use courier firms a lot and am aware of their rates. Paid for overnight after Christmas but took almost a week, no reduction in cost, just turned up a week later!

V good service. Small complication on the order - dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Ordered parts online at end of day on a Thursday and they were delivered by 11.30am next day. Brilliant. Good communications on order and courier timings. Couldn't ask for more.

I’m now for more than 12 years a customer from Agriline. When I bought my first Fordson over here in Germany everybody told me „the parts are really expensive“. On the way searching for company's selling spare parts outside of Germany I came along Agriline. First order was so easy and the shipment from UK to Germany was never a problem. Regardless who got back to my e-mail questions over the years the girls and boys know there business and give almost every time a quick and helpful response.

Getting new Fender for a Fordson Super Major was a challenge if you don‘t want to pay a fortune for postage – but that is not the fault of Agriline. So we did a short vacation in Scotland and went to Agriline office on the way back to pick up the Fender. They gave a warm welcome and I even got a coffee while the got the „load“ ready.

Then, after Brexit, I was a bit worried about how the order and the postage would be. I have to say no reason to worry about. Buying and paying is the same, postage is bit more expensive – probably because of the customs – but even the processing time is almost the same.

Even with a wrong order it was easy to organize the return of the good and getting a refund was so easy. Thanks to Victoria.

Several dozen orders from Agriline and I can honestly say more to come ...

Purchased a cat 2 top link for one of our tractors. Size what we needed at a good price. The online experience was very good. Standard shipping with APC over night, seemed expensive, but for next day why not. Thats when the wheels came off. 3 failed deliveries, clearly from their tracking the North East depot had no intention to deliver any day let alone next day.
After the second non delivery I called Agriline. The phone was answered quickly (non of the you are number 300 in the que), but was not impressed by the persons attitude. His best suggestion was to refund me and I should shop local.
After 3rd failed delivery APC tracking at 4 pm showed their vehicle 3 miles away. Then returned to depot.
Next morning was unable to contact APC depot, well I could but was number 6 in the queue for 25 minutes and gave up. Tried their main number which had an answer message saying how busy they were and would be closed 3rd May then cut off, 1st of June today.
Then a phone call from a boss at Agri line apologising for poor service and that a timed courier would collect the item from their depot and deliver it.

3 hours later it arrived a good product at a decent price. A decent product from a half decent company who use a shoddy courier in our area.

Just want to say thank you to Jc and Laura email agriline and Jc help me quick and efficiently to find what I needed. Within just a few days I had the parts with me in South Africa things that I struggled to get here. Through the whole order Jc and Laura kept me up to date with my orders shipping and everytime I asked a question it would be answerd in a few minutes. I was really hesitant to order from a UK company when I am based in South Africa but I must say the service you guys give is better then place here in South Africa . I was a bit hessitant ordering, after the Brexit, but sustomer service ensured me no more duty had to be paid. they were right and everything went smooth.
