Great company to deal with, I've had several orders through them, courier lost the last one, it happens! but Agriline were superb at chasing it up, once they ascertained it was probably lost, they picked a new order and delivered the next day. I believe the sign of a good company is how they deal with an issue, Agriline dealt with this one superbly. Special mention to Jacobus, really pleasant and very efficient.

Ordered a tractor seat Monday afternoon with a lady over the phone 12th July said it was a present and been let down with other company, she was so helpful and it arrived next morning before 10am....EXCELLENT SERVICE

Very efficient team. I have been informed of the status of my order juster after sending it and I have been kindly assister by Isabel to add new items.
The spare sparts are always high quality and the deliveries are always on time.

Agriline products are great when they fit, but they often need modifying to fit perfectly. Not bad if you enjoy working with things like this, however not always great if you're looking to put something straight on.

Several times I have tried to collect on different orders, had to wait due to system failures, courier service unreliable and latest had to drive away after paying for order but not received

Had a slight problem with a tyre purchased from agriline it was dealt with very quickly and professionally, extremely pleased with the service and attitude of the staff,have used them before and will definitely be using them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, very professional

I ordered some 3 point hitch pins and spring retaining pins, the product details were very clear, the website easy to use. The order arrived early the following dayand was exactly as described. All in all they were excellent.

Staff are always helpful. Ordered two items online and was notified buy email that one item out of stock. I advised this would be OK to leave on order & wait for delivery & was advised that no delivery charge would be made which is good news.
19 hours later, one starter motor arrived and fitted and tractor running again

I ordered the wrong item, contacted and explained, told to return the incorrect unit and within days I had the correct unit, a very efficient and customer friendly service

cant speak highly enough of the service . Two days before Christmas reported an issue with part supplied .
Was told a report would be raised and that I would be contacted . The contact was an e mail from the courier company to say that I would be receiving a replacement part on an overnight service on Christmas eve . Which arrived before noon . I have bought from them before but not regularly and not huge money . The service has always been good as have the parts supplied . This is the first problem and the way it has been dealt with speaks volumes about the way they do business . Thanks to all involved
