We recently chose AHM Installations to reconfigure our bathroom, replacing our old bath with a walk-in shower, new basin, toilet, ceiling panels with sunken lights, and new flooring. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their professionalism.
​Our initial meeting with Craig Palmer set a great tone; he was prompt, informative, and immediately respectful of our home by removing his shoes. He explained our options in detail without any "hard sell," focusing specifically on the safest configuration for our needs. While AHM was not the cheapest quote we received, we commissioned them because of this initial expertise and the lack of high-pressure sales tactics.
​The installation process was equally impressive. Our fitter, Barry Feasey, was incredibly considerate. He took great care to lay floor coverings and kept us updated on his progress daily. This was especially important to us as my husband has Parkinson’s; Barry’s clear communication and tidy work habits made the inevitable upheaval of a renovation much more bearable for him.
​Whenever minor issues arose, the support from the office was outstanding. I dealt with Dominique Thorley, who was consistently calming, understanding, and incredibly helpful. No email or call went unanswered, and she ensured everything was resolved immediately.
​My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the final outcome. We highly recommend AHM Installations for their high-quality work and, more importantly, their genuine care for their customers' well-being.

They have just fitted me a walk in shower which I am very pleased with. The fitter Danny was on time,knowledgeable and pleasant. The house was left clean and tidy.

From the moment I first rang AHM Instalations to enquire if they were able to replace my old shower cubicle for an up to date model, I have been spoken to by very pleasant members of staff. The home surveyor listened to my needs & offered realistic options, gave me an estimate & the quote was with me very quickly, which I was not pressurised into accepting. When I was ready to accept the quote I was again greeted by friendly staff, a date for the installation was offered & on the set date a very pleasant 'fitter' Wayne, arrived on time, introduced himself, & got on with the job without fuss, keeping the work area tidy as he worked. Before he left he explained how everything worked & gave me the paperwork I needed. I was dreading the upheaval of having the job done but I didn't need to worry at all. A positive experience from start to finish. AHM Installations offered a competitive price in comparison to other quotes received. Communication was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Danny completed the installation. He was professional, extremely hard working and did an excellent job. A grotty bathroom was transformed into an amazing accessible shower room. I was thrilled with the end result.

AHM delivered everything as promised caring, professional company, shall definitely use them again. The plumber Danny was brilliant, hard working, professional, never stopped, eye for detail, caring, thoughtful, reliable, respectful, workmanship 100% at the end of the day cleared everything away so neat and tidy, he's a most friendly, kind and trustworthy young man, shall definitely be using him again.

From the first visit to discuss my options to the last day of installation everything went very smoothly. The fitter Wayne was excellent. Left my home clean and tidy everyday. Love my new shower room and all the waste rubbish was removed within 2 days.

We wanted a bathroom, smart, sleek, up-to-date, quality materials and professionally installed.
Our recently purchased Bungalow had the cast iron bath and all related dated products as originally installed when built.
AHM came and quoted us for a fully updated, long walk- in shower, tiled walls, super sleek cubicle and toilet and wash-basin.
From the start the professionalism of this company stood out. Fabulous communications with office staff and relevant Sales staff. The fitters updated us on the finer details of how they would proceed. Date of removal/install was set and they turned up exactly on time. We never looked back. Bathroom completed within a week, Top class products and top class fitters.
All in all a brilliant experience, we can only highly recommend AHM, superb.

The whole experience of using ahm was very good.From initial phone call to completion went without any problems.Craig was the estimator who came round listened very intently to what we had to say and what we wanted,nothing was too much trouble.He gave his opinions and helped choose what we wanted without any fuss.We had a phone call about a week before installation asking if some materials could be delivered to our address ready for fitting this was a bit of a concern for us as we only have a small place.In stepped Barry our fitter for the job who was a very nice man who agreed the materials would be delivered to his house and he would bring in bits and pieces if and when he needed them.I will say the whole project was to take 10/11 days but Barry completed it in 9,a wet room by the way.The bathroom looks stunning we are very impressed.Our whole experience with AHM has been great from from the first call to signing off the job.Would I recommend AHM most definitely.Once again a special mention to Craig and Barry.

This is a great company who seem to totally understand how to renovate the bathroom and make it fit for those with mobility issues yet keeping the standard and finished result stunningly high.
All the personnel were extremely professional,highly relational and very efficient. The quality of the materials is superb and the skill and helpful attitude of our fitter Danny was brilliant. We are extremely satisfied and can highly recommend AHM Installations.

From start to finish, was excellent installing a complete shower and accessories. Kyle was able to complete the job in to days instead of three. Clean and tidy, would recommend the company.

FROM start to finish we were treated with good advice we had 6 other quotes for our bathroom and ahm was within the average price but better quality.we were kept informed of every move i.e.sales delivery time etc .the install was completed with a minimum of disturbance the waste bags wwere emptied the day after and we were phoned the day after to see if things were as we wanted and YES tehy were thank you to wayne alan and jason and the very pleasant and helpful lady on the reception
