Created with AI, based on recent reviews
Invideo is an agentic AI video creation platform. Tell it what you want to make, a film, a brand campaign, a microdrama series, a performance ad, and its agents take it from script to final cut, routing across 200+ AI models to write, storyboard, generate, and edit every shot. From solo creatives to creative enterprises. Every video starts the same way: an idea in your head and a hundred tedious steps between you and the finished cut. Under the hood, invideo's agents route your work across 200+ AI image, video, audio and music models, like Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, GPT Image, ElevenLabs and more, choosing the right model and writing the right prompt for every single shot. And the agents remember. They hold your characters, follow your brand guidelines, your story in context, so you never repeat yourself. Want to try a new costume, location, or lead actor? Change it across every shot in one instruction instead of regenerating dozens of clips. When you want your hands on the work, it's all there: previz, VFX, hybrid filmmaking, a full timeline editor, multiplayer collaboration, and custom agents you can cast into roles like cinematographer or sound designer. Create films where you direct and the agents sweat the details. Ads that stay on brand in every format from one brief. Microdrama series that scale without losing the plot. One idea, spun into dozens of cuts for every channel.

Mac was very quick and effective. And way, way better than AI.

Paid $60 for the Max Plan expecting 'minutes' of video as advertised. In reality, it's a credit trap. You only get about 2 mins of real AI generation, the rest is just trashy stock photo slideshows. Support is useless and refuses refunds even 1 day after purchase. Avoid this Indian scam."

This is a reply to the reply Invideo AI left on my review. What you're doing is Malpractice. Hiding your Terms and Conditions behind a button. It should be "Prominent" on the subscription page or atleast give a Heads-up about it. The service was trash i bought it because you're free features weren't worth anything. To this day i haven't had an explanation on how the AI credits were used. I only used Stock Images and voice. How were more than 10 Credits used ?? That is another malpractice you are following have a page that shows what credits were allocated where. I chatted with one of your agent for Hours asking for a manager again and again he was replying 10-15 Min later on each and every text of mine. And in the end couldn't get me a manager bcs and i quote: " There is no manger that can talk to me" What you did is rob me of my Money. And i still haven't gotten a reply on the form i filled for my refund.
you have to pay every time you make changes if the ai doesn't get it right the first time. I was creating an ad for hvac letting customers if the unit is 10+ years old that its best to replace the system instead of break downs in peak season. then the video showed brand new equipment the guy using a stethoscope and using auto mechanic wrenches I'm like what the crap is this and then when i said the equipment is supposed to be old not brand new it wanted 6 credits to change it all or if the shirt needs changing then the voices were different at every scene all cost about 20 credits which was half of my $60 a month subscription this is a scam.

Fantastic support and very forgiving of user error.

absolute sham company, I chose the highest generation which cost 100 credits, cost around 120 usd, the video quality was so bad that I can't even explain, I asked them for a refund and they refused, currently doing a chargeback from the bank, stay away from this company.

The experience was great even though I decided to cancel my subscription as I was no longer using the service.
The customer service was top notch as they made sure to give me the necessary support when my card was charged and I requested for a refund which was not the team’s fault as I had 2 accounts, one of which I didn’t remember I had opened.
Massive thank you to Sam, the customer service guy. You are so professional in your work.

I was impressed with the product and made a lot of very useful videos with it. I received excellent timely support when needed.

While my original concern was not fully resolved, I want to acknowledge that your help made the situation better, and I’m grateful for your assistance.

The AI features are underwhelming. The text-to-video feature lacks accuracy, and the voiceovers sound robotic and unnatural. It’s not even close to the smooth, professional AI voiceovers you can find elsewhere. It feels like they’ve put more effort into marketing than actually delivering a reliable product.

I used InVideo AI with my own high‑detailed raw footage, and the results were extremely poor. The platform kept producing unstable, unusable output and broke the structure of my original materials. I requested a refund immediately after purchase, but they refused, and the back‑and‑forth has been going on for days. I was open to technical troubleshooting and spent several days trying to fix the issues with their support, but nothing led to a satisfying result. Overall, the service did not deliver what was promised and was a waste of time and money.
I would also like to make one thing clear:
I am not interested in receiving a public reply under this review with generic explanations or attempts to justify the situation. I have already explained everything directly to your support team from day one.
The fair and professional response would be to simply process the refund I requested immediately after purchase, instead of prolonging the issue or redirecting the conversation. I do not need credits, troubleshooting, or public statements, only the refund for a service that did not function as advertised.
They care about their product and their customers.

I didnt know that credits that I have bought in the previus month dont never accumulate or rollover to the further billing cycles. YOu gave me back 30 credits.. added to my subscription.. But I do believe that credits should rollover on the next month. . Tha to will libarate your users to buy without thinking that limitation and feel a trusted and friendly enviroment as customers.. Other wise... you should provide.. the ability to your users.. to buy ONLY the exact amount of credits they need and not a whole bulk!!!!!

The support team responded very quickly and was helpful throughout the process. Although I didn’t receive the document I was looking for because it was simply not available on their side, the communication was clear, professional, and efficient. Overall, a positive experience :)

I genuinely wish I had read more reviews before subscribing to InVideo AI.
The core issue isn’t just their refund policy, it’s the quality of the product itself. The AI outputs were extremely poor. The generated videos felt rushed and inconsistent, voiceovers sounded unnatural and robotic, and overall the results were nowhere near production-ready despite the marketing suggesting otherwise.
The AI voiceovers in particular were disappointing. They lacked realism, cadence, and emotional tone, making the content feel artificial and unusable without significant manual correction. For a platform that positions itself as a time-saving AI tool, I found myself spending more time fixing issues than actually creating content.
When I realised the platform wasn’t delivering what was promised, I requested a refund. Instead of engaging with the concerns about quality, support repeatedly hid behind a rigid internal “7-day policy” and generic explanations about GPU costs and AI processing expenses.
There was no real willingness to listen or resolve the issue fairly. The responses felt scripted and dismissive, and escalation requests didn’t lead to meaningful engagement.
Yes, they cancelled the subscription to stop future billing, but refused to refund despite clear dissatisfaction and very limited value delivered.
Overall, this felt like an overhyped AI product combined with inflexible customer support that prioritises policy over customer experience.
Proceed with caution if you’re expecting high-quality AI output or reasonable flexibility if the product doesn’t meet expectations.
It was helpful. And the representative was truly respectful and offered many avenues of assistance. I am very happy that there is such support with this company. This is what makes a company great. I plan to continue my account for the foreseeable future.

I had ongoing frustration and didn’t understand the platform at first, but support explained everything clearly and even gave me a partial reimbursement for the credits I lost. I love InVideo AI—it’s a phenomenal tool. My only wish is that their credit system were more cost-efficient, but I understand that its awesomeness comes at a cost to them, which is then passed on to consumers. Still, more budget-friendly options that allow for substantial productivity and creativity would be a much-appreciated improvement, along with enhancing the model for more advanced prompts.
