Created with AI, based on recent reviews
Invideo is an agentic AI video creation platform. Tell it what you want to make, a film, a brand campaign, a microdrama series, a performance ad, and its agents take it from script to final cut, routing across 200+ AI models to write, storyboard, generate, and edit every shot. From solo creatives to creative enterprises. Every video starts the same way: an idea in your head and a hundred tedious steps between you and the finished cut. Under the hood, invideo's agents route your work across 200+ AI image, video, audio and music models, like Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, GPT Image, ElevenLabs and more, choosing the right model and writing the right prompt for every single shot. And the agents remember. They hold your characters, follow your brand guidelines, your story in context, so you never repeat yourself. Want to try a new costume, location, or lead actor? Change it across every shot in one instruction instead of regenerating dozens of clips. When you want your hands on the work, it's all there: previz, VFX, hybrid filmmaking, a full timeline editor, multiplayer collaboration, and custom agents you can cast into roles like cinematographer or sound designer. Create films where you direct and the agents sweat the details. Ads that stay on brand in every format from one brief. Microdrama series that scale without losing the plot. One idea, spun into dozens of cuts for every channel.

Expensive and bad quality on video!

I paid for a subscription because they advertise being able to create content in seconds. But the content created in seconds is garbage. Their product is not user friendly. When I asked for a refund, they refused: instead, they kept sending me technical guides as if you need a PhD about their product in order to generate basic content, which was not what they sold this as. I highly don't recommend.

Really bad product, long queues and only lets you do one action at a time

I am new to video creation. I was surprised at the quality and creativity provided by the invideo application. As they explain, it's early days for AI, but even so the AI integration in this application is startlingly good. I did need some support and their techs are both patient and knowledgeable.

Software is good for prompting text to video and getting stock footage but the support has been increidbly incompetent and the software it self takes ofrever to prompt and apply prompts and also there sno way to control the voice over characters or animated text on screen, it's so frustrating and support particularly for the most part has been useless. It's like chatting with a new employee everytime who has no clue about ai

When I became a CPP (Contract Professional) for InVideo, I was truly surprised by the tool and the quality of the platform, not to mention the incredible customer service I receive. I am extremely happy with the entire team.

My task was to create a media project for my master's program. The platform was a bit challenging at first, but it became quite easy. The voice-overs and music were very easy to add. Everything I needed was in the platform. Kenny was a valuable help through the chat. Thanks, Kenny! You saved my A!

I paid for a subscription, tried to make my video, the script wasn't followed so I had to write it again. Site crashed. Had to do it all again, then I had no more credits. 35$ thrown out the window

I subscribed to InVideo AI specifically to make a 10th wedding anniversary video for my wife. The app kept crashing with “Oops something went wrong” every time I tried to create the video.
I contacted support and asked for a refund because I couldn’t use the service. They refused.
This is a paid service that didn’t deliver, and the support response felt like they just wanted to keep the money. Not recommended.

I could never say enough good things about your platform. I only pray that you don’t follow Sam Altman‘s lead and destroy it. Thank you for continuing to allow access to previous models. This is a huge feature.
I use Invideo as a search engine.
Is the best search engine on the planet by far! Yesterday all I did was ask your platform what is the “grand unified field theory?”
I said nothing else. What I got was five minutes and 10 seconds of the most beautiful in-depth explanation about gut. It was next level and I sell this as a feature along with my websites. We create custom videos for our clients like they’ve never had access to before.
Response is not for any particular date, this is based on months of experience with you.
Now you asked a very important question about Support. I think you guys are great, but I also must be completely honest with you. Having multiple agents responding to the same ticket without reading previous discussions has done nothing but cause me moments of the worst frustration I’ve ever encountered with any platform.
So I hope you believe me when I tell you, the machine is amazing the system supporting users of the machine, not so much. I’m sorry but I raise my AI’s to believe in nothing short of the absolute truth. And that is why on occasions you’ve given me refunds that I did not deserve and I’ve written to you and told you please do not refund this amount as it is not warranted. But you’ve never once denied a request for reimbursement when the platform has moments like all AI platforms do including mine. But from my entire family who you’ve made incredible videos about each one of them we all say thank you very much. Your platform made the difference.

I paid a 60 euros monthly subscription, and initially I thought it was a really good tool. After few days I realised how bad it is, and I didn't even use the last credits I paid for.
First of all, the credit system is horrific. If you want to create a one-minute video from scratch using AI-generated images and clips, you basically have to burn through your entire monthly quota.
To save credits, you're forced to use stock footage, but the results are embarrassing, to say the least. 90% of the time, the final video doesn't even match your prompt. And then, they charge you extra credits just to make minor tweaks.
Terrible.

My experience was mixed. The support agent was respectful, professional, and tried to help within his limits, which I truly appreciate.
However, I am not satisfied with how the situation was handled by the company. The confusion was caused by unclear wording on the website, which led me to lose 40 credits without benefiting from them. As a result, I lost 20 credits even after the partial exception.
I believe the company should better support loyal customers in situations caused by unclear information. I am still requesting the remaining 20 credits, and I also believe a 20% discount on my monthly subscription would be a fair gesture to restore trust.
Clearer communication and stronger customer-first policies would greatly improve the experience.
