I used that tool along time ago and I liked it but now I paid $20, I wanted to create a video and the tool created 6 short videos, didn't combine between them and the money was over after 1 prompt.
I have used a lot of Ai video tools but never it happened to me that after 1 prompts that credits were over. And if that's the case, they should explain it before.

Stay away at all cost! This company is just out for you money. The quality is horrible.

I was genuinely flummoxed by some of the features and Live Support was very helpful in furthering my understanding.

Garbage. One word says it all. I am not a tech guru. I shouldn't have to be. After attempting to crwate a 10 second ai generated video, almost 50% plus of every word on the video was misspelled and made into "gibberish" speak. After attempting to fix this...i realized my credits where being paid to make these fixes...that never happened. It was like "whacamole" ...fix one part of the words and others fail and become gibberish. Then cam customer service. Paid $100 foe 15 minutes of use and once you get a text stream with customer service the response is "its AI and basically not perfect" or similar language. Ok...so I create and post a video...with language that isn't even foreign...its gibberish! Give me a break. This is what you are selling! If your product..."AI video content" has massive errors that can or cant be fixed by the customer spending more money....and in my case still many errors....yiubhave NO BUSSINESS selling it! Spent another 30 minutes filing a dispute with Amex since when you cancel subscription (monthly) they say ...ok...but you paid for a month. Nope. Not how it works. Dont waste your time and effort. Give them a year or so and maybe they will actually earn money for doing a good job.

I subscribed to 'Plus' and received 75 credits. On my first 1 minute video attempt.. I received a message saying that the generator has stopped, because I had 0 credits left. It seems like a video generation costs 10 billion thousand million credits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wasted $20 and a few hours of my time trying to just make a simple video to go with a song I made on Suno.com. Invideo made a useless, terrible video using watermarked, stock images it found online, and when I told it to remove the watermarked images, it refused to do so, unless I paid an additional $50. This is a bait and switch scam. I ended up using Nero Video to make the video myself. I asked their support to refund my payment, but they refused.

Not very intuitive. I was forced to purchase a plan to test it. When I found it not user friendly, I couldn't get a refund. I was told I had used the product, so I can't get a refund. But how was I to test the product if I didn't purchase a plan? I wouldn't recommend it.

Generated videos are high quality, very easy to use the program. The only downside is the reduced credits. But before that, I had no complaints.

To fully understand my problem, they asked pinpoint questions, were very polite, listened very well, and even though they knew there was nothing they could do to solve it and that it was my fault, they understood that my mistake was due to my lack of knowledge and restored my credit. There couldn't have been a better solution. Invideo, which I initially thought was a small company, has grown incredibly in my eyes.
