Created with AI, based on recent reviews
Invideo is an agentic AI video creation platform. Tell it what you want to make, a film, a brand campaign, a microdrama series, a performance ad, and its agents take it from script to final cut, routing across 200+ AI models to write, storyboard, generate, and edit every shot. From solo creatives to creative enterprises. Every video starts the same way: an idea in your head and a hundred tedious steps between you and the finished cut. Under the hood, invideo's agents route your work across 200+ AI image, video, audio and music models, like Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, GPT Image, ElevenLabs and more, choosing the right model and writing the right prompt for every single shot. And the agents remember. They hold your characters, follow your brand guidelines, your story in context, so you never repeat yourself. Want to try a new costume, location, or lead actor? Change it across every shot in one instruction instead of regenerating dozens of clips. When you want your hands on the work, it's all there: previz, VFX, hybrid filmmaking, a full timeline editor, multiplayer collaboration, and custom agents you can cast into roles like cinematographer or sound designer. Create films where you direct and the agents sweat the details. Ads that stay on brand in every format from one brief. Microdrama series that scale without losing the plot. One idea, spun into dozens of cuts for every channel.

Very much thank you Tushar.

I purchased invideo AI (Plus for $300 yearly) two weeks ago to make product videos for Pinterest. My first attempt today (having loaded product still photos) produced a strange situational video where my product was shown twice in 30 seconds. My second attempt to "just create a slideshow of my product ending with my logo produced a video with competitor products (which look nothing like the still photos I had uploaded). I instructed the AI further and it said I was out of credits. I requested a full refund and this is what I was told by "Ray":
We’ve reviewed your account and subscription, and we see that the videos were created shortly after your subscription began. The cost of AI compute is quite high. As soon as a subscription begins, we purchase those resources on your behalf so you can start creating videos right away. Because these costs are incurred upfront, we’re unable to process a refund under our policy.
We do see the prompt added is not detailed which could have caused this: product video using still photos
Media are supportive attachments to a prompt, hence the prompt will need to have details of the product in it. You can use the best practices below to get an output:
Invideo_pr..._Oct25.pdf
We completely understand how you feel about this situation since the video did not turn out how you expected and we are here to make it right by helping you get a better output. However we do not have the option to process pro-rated refunds, as per our Terms and Conditions, all monthly and yearly subscriptions are non-refundable for the subscription period they are purchased for, since full access to the platform and its features is provided immediately upon payment and involves real-time AI computing costs.

Refunds are only granted within seven days of purchase or renewal and provided that no credits have been used but we are here to assist you with the video that has been generated so you can get the output that was requested.
We are a small nonprofit organization and purchased InVideo based on its advertised ability to “create videos without limit” and generate complete videos from simple prompts with “no editing needed.”
Within the first couple of hours of using the platform—and during our very first video attempt—it became clear that the product does not deliver on these claims.
The system did not reliably use our uploaded assets, did not follow the structure we provided, and generated visuals that were completely mismatched to the content. Scenes included incorrect imagery, blank or incorrect color screens, and unanimated elements where animation was expected. The result was not just slightly off—it was entirely unusable.
The platform also claims that videos can be created “just like asking a human editor” and that “no editing is needed.” This was not our experience. The output was nowhere close to usable and would have required significant manual editing, defeating the purpose of the tool.
Additionally, the “create videos without limit” claim is misleading. Video generation is heavily restricted by a credit system. While attempting to create a single video, we were prompted to purchase additional credits. We spent over $100 more in good faith, expecting this would resolve the issue. Instead, those credits were consumed without producing a usable result.
At that point, the only option presented was to purchase even more credits to try again, despite the fact that the underlying issues were clearly not resolved. This creates a situation where users must continue paying simply to attempt basic functionality.
InVideo also advertises a 7-day money-back guarantee. However, in practice, this guarantee is effectively unusable. In our case, simply attempting to generate a video—without downloading or exporting any usable content—consumed credits and made us ineligible for a refund. Since the platform did not produce a usable result, there was no meaningful way to evaluate the service without immediately forfeiting refund eligibility.
Importantly, customer support acknowledged that the platform “didn’t perform as expected” and specifically referenced issues such as incorrect visuals, mismatched scenes, and difficulty using uploaded assets—all of which we experienced.
Despite this acknowledgment, and despite requesting a refund the same day after only a few hours of use, our refund request was denied based solely on policy.
This was not a case of extended use or dissatisfaction over time. It was immediately clear that the platform could not deliver what was advertised, yet no refund was offered or considered.
In summary:
The platform did not deliver on its core advertised functionality
The “no limits” claim is constrained by a costly credit system
Additional purchases did not resolve fundamental issues
The generated output was not usable without extensive editing
The 7-day guarantee is effectively voided by attempting to use the product
The company acknowledged these issues but still denied a same-day refund
We strongly encourage other organizations—especially nonprofits or small teams with limited budgets—to proceed with caution and fully understand the limitations and costs before committing.
This was a costly and disappointing experience for our organization.

Absolutely Awful. I am so disappointed & pissed about the entire process with invideo. Do not waste your money on this. They literally just stole $170 for a video that I gave step by step instructions on, images to be used, placement, my avatar my voice, and it all came out completely wrong. The images were in a nonsensical order, some were cut off, none of my instructions followed. My voice is completely wrong & my avatar is so off. When I went to edit it I was told it would take more credits. I am so very disappointed.

Good creative tool to collaborate with, from script, giving a variety of options on your initial input to fine tuning videos. Mileage can vary dependant on input but a good tool to tryout to see if it works well in your enviroment and your prompts. As with most ai results can take on a different look when newer version come out even when trying to use different older version to generate. As with some other ai apps, once subscription finishes you may need to use their support team to get copies of invoices that might have been missed or you missed downloading them. Support team was great in helping me track them down. Looks like interesting new generators like seedance have been added, since using it on my last project. I havent had a chance to try those generators or investigate the 4 k output yet, but hopefully will when funding becomes available.

My experience has been absolutely amazing! I love the Invideo Ai tool and the community around it, I also appreciate the great services offered whenever I'm stuck.

I subscribed to InVideo Plus, generated exactly one video, and realized immediately that the quality is unusable. The AI output was full of errors and didn't follow the prompt effectively.
When I contacted support right away to claim my refund, I was met with excuses. Instead of honoring their 7-day money-back policy, the agent (Manny) tried to lecture me on how "AI is evolving" and told me I should just "edit it manually."
Why would I pay for a subscription if I have to do all the work myself? It’s a bait-and-switch experience: promising AI magic but delivering poor results and then making it nearly impossible to get a refund. If you've only used the service for 5 minutes and one test video, they should grant a refund without hesitation. Disappointing service and even worse support.

I was having trouble getting the right pictures for my start and end scene for the video, so Trisha from customer support helped me throughout the entire process.

First of all, it is not very intuitive or easy to use. Secondly it is a money pit! You're paying for an education while you're trying to create a project. When the project is finally finished it has no resemblance, whatsoever, to what you wanted the project to look like. I also used the clone feature where I cloned my avatar and the software was so herky jerky, that chopped off legs and my head at various points throughout my project. The video clips that were selected to go along with my very descritive instructions were not even related to what was being said in the script. I would not recommend this at all. Customer service is very difficult to find and I have not heard back from them yet. AI is a wonderful thing but this crap really sucks.

Stay away; I used it for two hours with the PRO plan and generated two wrong videos (not that trained, I assume). To edit them, you need to wait until next Christmas; it's too freaking slow. Then when I contacted the support, the guy was talking that blbla diplomatic speech without solving any problem or having any value. Stay away.

Their site is logically presented, with clear processes and you don't need to have an IT background or experience to be able to use it, but the videos that are produced are professional and marketable
