Last minute!
Called up on a bit of a 'lastminute.com' basis 2 days ago for a refill, helpful lady said she'd see what she could do. My expectation levels were low however received a call today (Christmas Eve) to say they would be delivering today. Top marks.

Why go elsewhere when AID provide such an excellent service?
We've been a customer for over 20 years now. AID have always had competitive pricing, particularly if you can wait 5 days for delivery. Their online system is easy to use and getting a quote is very straightforward. On my latest order I noticed a slight change in our address details on my order confirmation. I phoned the office and whilst it was of little consequence Emily sorted things out quickly and sent me an email updating me of the change she had made to revert the address back to the original. Delivery drivers are always pleasant and helpful too!
