These shoes were poorly made and the…

These shoes were poorly made and the heels were super wide. I naïvely ordered 7 pairs and they all came weeks apart… months later. They did not match the quality of the photos on the website. Worse than Payless. There was one pair that was remotely cute and I bought heel inserts so they wouldn’t slip off and that didn’t even work. Do not buy. Not even worth it to return them. I gave them to charity hopefully someone with insanely wide heels can find them.

Bad quality sandals. SHOCKING RETURN SERVICE

Bad quality sandals. Colours are slightly different that shown in the picture. But this is not the big deal.

***REFUND/RETURN service is SHOCKING***
I tried to return the sandals because they were too wide for me.
They offered me £11 and to keep the sandals. When I said I was not interested (they are too wide for me) they offered me £18.5. (Sandals had costed me £37).
If you send them back, you have to pay the shipping to USA (£25 from UK), although they first say you will have to send it to China.
I wrote a review with 1* in their webpage. Surprisingly, it didn't upload, so only the 5* reviews can be seen by other customers.

I would not recommend at all.

Aimeela.com is a SCAMMER!

Aimeela.com is a SCAMMER!! They sell you fake model shoes copied after some original ones which pictures they use on their website in order to allure you. The shoes i got are made in China and they are looking cheaply, resembling to a certain point the original advertised shoes. It took more than a month to get them.. The returning policy is unfavorable due to shipping costs. They proposed me to keep the shoes and get a 20% reimbursement.. in the end, I figured that it was the best option .. better something than nothing.

just horrible...

just horrible...
I have not received my order yet but they are saying it'll be shipped by EOM! That's a month from the order placement and who knows who long the shipment itself will take.
Also, beware, they ship cheap Chinese stuff (you can buy on Temu, I found same products they list on their site for 5x lower price) and I'm now afraid of the quality of products I'm gonna get for the amount of money I paid.
Great business plan though: make a legit good looking site, upsell products with good photos and descriptions, put a 5-10x prices and have idiot customers fall for this... What a joke.
And of course the return policy is shit - cause it's YOU shipping back to China!
Hope this helps someone not fall into this trap...

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! You need to wait about 1 month until you have your shoes, and the sizes are wrong! Two size bigger than you expected! I paid $60 and they just going back me $12. when? Who knows?

Do not buy from this company!!

Do not buy from this company!!! It’s based in China and after 14 days, tracking says it’s still in Hong Kong. I requested a refund and they refused. I will never order from here again

Update:
It took over a week of back and forth with this company trying to convince me to take 50% off instead of returning. When I insisted on returning for a full refund. I will update again if I ever get a refund. This is not a trustworthy company. Products are of poor quality, what you would expect at a discount store. They bar your negative reviews from their company website in order to continue tricking customers with their highly edited pics. If you value your money, do not buy from this company!

Terrible

Terrible! Their return policy is a joke and they offer far less than your original payment. My first offer on my return was 30% of the original! The second was 50% and now I’m going through my credit card company.

The shoes sizes are 100% inconsistent—with some being excruciatingly tight and others being huge on the same foot at the same trying on time. ABSOLUTELY GO ELSEWHERE!

The shoes were so cheap looking and the sole was already pulled from the shoe or not properly placed. It looks it was spray painted in some areas.
They would not give me a full refund.

I ordered 4 pair of shoes in size 9.5

I ordered 4 pair of shoes in size 9.5. It took 6 weeks to deliver and only 1 pair was a 9.5, the other 3 size 9. I emailed customer service and they offered to send the new sizes at 30% cost or I can keep the shoes and they will refund $43. I paid $43/pair. I explained that it was their mistake, thus it should not cost me anything.

Waiting to hear back. The sizing is listed in 3 different countries so I was careful to order my US size. I would NOT recommend this site.

Return not granted

I ordered 4 pair of shoes, one pair worked great the other three I need to send back. I emailed the company (the only way to communicate with them), I stated I wanted to return them and if I wanted a full refund or credit. I wanted a full refund, after that I never heard from them again even thought I emailed them again. I would advise NOT using this company. So they can't say they can't find my order or give some other excuse the order number is AM00119177

My shoes took a while to arrive because they’re coming from China. I must say that the customer contact was excellent throughout the whole process and they were very attentive give - even allowing me to change my order. Two pairs of shoes arrived beautifully wrapped and they are fabulous. Would recommend this site.
