Nothing like advertised

Nothing like advertised. The shoes advertised were styled to look like a quality leather calf-skin shoe. What arrived was died nylon, different soles with etc front like pointy witchy shoes - so different from what was advertised. They weren't cheap either. I asked and had to keep asking for a refund and return address - they finally sent me a New York address! So I sent them back by post - with all of the evidence - and all I've heard ever since is crickets. Biggest rip off ever.

14 March 2025: UPDATE: why does Aimeela customer service say they are trying to resolve this issue - all they do is go around and around in circles saying the same thing. They need to honour their promise - refund me - like you said you would! I will continue to advise everyone on my Instagram and TikTok accounts that Aimeela is not what they say they are.

Now that I have received my first pair…

Now that I have received my first pair of the four that I ordered back in December, I completely understand why the reviews are not good. I am learning, but slowly not to order from places like this. The leopard pair of loafers LOOKS NOTHING like what was pictured....big surprise there. Not only are they too small but the quality is just cheap, cheap, cheap. Supposed to have 3 more pair coming but trying to cancel order. Want to return these loafers, but in order to do that I have to provide a picture of the item and an item # which is nowhere to found on my paperwork. So much for EASY returns and QUALITY customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

If i could givec ero stars I would

If i could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift for Christmas. After 17 days, there was still no shipping label produced and no tracking information. When I tried to get the order cancelled they asked me to pay for expedited shipping in exchange for a $10 credit on my next order. Now fighting to get my money back

COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT

If I could rate this company with a zero review I would. This company is fraudulent in every way. They charged me $162 for 4 pairs of shoes. I ordered on Sept 22 and just recieved partial order yesterday, Oct 28. Not only did it take over 30 days to get. I was sent the wrong item. Nevertheless, the shoe quality was worse than a pair of shoes from 99 cent store. Horrible quality. No response to my emails, no customer service phone number. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO MY WORSE ENEMY. DONT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY FROM CHINA.

Poor Customer Service and Shipping

I am giving 2 stars because while the shoes are not the highest quality, they are cute to pull off. HOWEVER, the time of delivery sucks and customer service is VERY BAD. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes a month ago and received a message that only one pair is being shipped and the other pair waiting to be shipped. What does this mean? Do I have to wait another month to get the other pair? Are they out of stock? If so say that and refund my money. Customer service is VERY BAD. I never heard back from them about the other pair. They are very bad about getting back to you. I'm going to ask one more time what is the time of arrival for the shoes and ask for a refund if they can't tell me. Hopefully, I wont have to resport them to authorities.

Do NOT buy from this company if you’re…

Do NOT buy from this company if you’re in the UK!!!
It took a while to receive the shoes, which were split into separate deliveries, which was expected.
They were too small. There’s absolutely no way that they were the equivalent of a size 7 (41), which is what I’ve worn for years.
The return policy is HORRENDOUS! I had to take photo’s of the shoes and the bar codes on the boxes. Only then would they give me a return address (Staten Island, NY).
I had to pay over £67 to return 4 pairs of shoes!! I couldn’t believe it. I had to fill out a tax declaration form. I’ve taken photo’s of everything, as I have very little faith that this will work.
So, having kept one pair of PLASTIC sandals at £41, including the postage, they’ve effectively cost me nearly £110!!
It’s just not worth using them as it’s a big risk if they don’t fit you.
I can’t believe I was so gullible.
Never again!!

UPDATE: This company clearly makes generic replies also! They’ve replied to my complaint, offering me a partial refund to keep the shoes. I’VE ALREADY SENT THEM BACK, WHICH ALL THE PHOTO’s EVIDENCE!!!! So they don’t read emails either!!!!

No refunds/returns unless customer works for them

I ordered three pairs of strappy sandals from Aimeela, all sized 6. They took weeks to arrive, and when they finally did, they arrived in crushed cardboard boxes. When i tried them on, they were all completely different sizes. One pair actually fit my size 6 foot. The other two were much, much larger - maybe size 8s? But they were labeled also as size 6. When i tried to return the two that didnt fit, the company responded within 24 hours (the only positive in my experience), but they demanded that i take photos and provide details of what was wrong before they would allow the refund. Their email: " If the issue is related to size, please provide us with a photo of the size tag on the product's package. Specifically, we would greatly appreciate if you could advise with pictures how to tweak the item so it can fit your feet shape properly." Are they paying me for the work they are asking me to do to help them? Is it my job to teach them how to do the thing they are already telling customers that they know how to do?? And then taking their money for it?? Customers are not guinea pigs unless YOU pay THEM for that service. Not the other way around! They are liars, frauds, and they are trying to grow a business they know nothing about with funds from customers they rip off.

DO NOT BUY SHOES!!!

DO NOT BUY SHOES!!!

I bought two pairs of heeled sandals that arrived unwearable. The clasp on both pairs was incorrectly attached which meant I couldn’t fasten the shoes. I was offered a 50% refund or I could return but pay out of pocket. The return address was a warehouse in New Jersey. I live in the UK. The most financially viable option was to accept the partial refund!

Edit: to Aimeela, following your response I’m not sure what good it would do to contact your customer service team. I did contact them. I showed them proof of the faulty item and that was the solution you offered. Are you planning to give me a full refund now? If not don’t reply to these posts saying you take customer complaints seriously.

AVOID! Shoes still not delivered 4+ months later!!!
On 1st April 2024 I ordered the following:
1x Sheen Peep Toe Ankle T-Strap
Flat Sandals
Gold US9.5 and

1x Women's Leopard Print
Colorblock Ankle Straps
Buckle Pointy Toe Casual Flats
Yellow US9.5
Total AUD 150.00
I emailed their support email address and was told to confirm my address and all details again due to the parcel having been returned, even after I had not received a purchase confimation email nor tracking. After liaising with them several times afterwards, even requesting a refund I have never received my order nor have I been refunded.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Despite requesting that the order was to be cancelled the same day after realising it would not arrive in time, my email was never replied to and when my order arrived (despite me no longer wanting the order) only 2 out of the 3 items were the right size.

I have ordered a European size 39, but size 38 arrived. The quality of the items are also well below par, and certainly not worth anywhere near what i paid for them. I've bought better products elsewhere for the same money and not such a long wait ton receive them.

From now seeing other reviews it is likely I'm not able to return my items not receive any form of customer service, but I am very unhappy with the experience and products. Avoid avoid!

Edit: this company claims to have responded to my email to cancel the order, which is a complete lie!

The shoes were also not the same quality as depicted in the photos, just shoddy copies which fit very poorly!

As for the sizes, it is verified that three pairs you ordered were all US 8, which equals EU 38. You can check it by looking into your account and order.

This company is HORRIBLE

This company is HORRIBLE. I purchased a pair of shoes that are to be made of calf hair. When received they are a FAKE suede. The leopard print is not the same and they squeak when I walk. I have messaged them several times asking now to return and they keep asking me for photos of proof. I sent them a photo just now but this seems ridiculous. If someone doesn’t like the shoe they should be allowed to return. This is insanity! I will never again order from a company that doesn’t have a phone number listed. That should have been my first red flag. The shoes arrived in an old crushed box and they have a terrible odor. Save your money. This is TRASH and they are using another company’s photos as their own. The shoes are not the same ones pictured! They reply to your emails at 3 am and it becomes an endless viscous cycle of going back and forth. I’m contacting PayPal about this today. Also as a note to the company - do not reply to me here with your fake apology and concern. You are completely aware of the scam you are running as evidenced by all of these awful reviews.
