This company is completely unreliable
This company is completely unreliable. I never even received an order number, yet the money was immediately taken from my account. For the past two weeks I have called 4–5 times, and every single time I was promised a call back the same day — which never happened. It has now been over a month and I still have no order, no refund, and no answers. The lack of communication and responsibility is shocking. Absolutely unacceptable and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

Ordered a table from this company in July. It never arrived. I chased it repeatedly in September to eventually be told in mid October it would be another 6-8 weeks. I was offered a refund which I accepted but it never came. I've chased it repeatedly to silence. Apparently the problem is importing to the UK so if you plan to buy in the UK I strongly advise against it.

It is with great regret that I am having to re-write a negative review after I was contacted for my initial review to amend it given they had supposedly ‘addressed’ my inquiry. Again it seems impossible to contact the customer service team despite tens of emails over the last 3 weeks and it’s already been beyond the initial estimated delivery date. I was told I was going to be contacted first week of January but nothing. I’m pretty sure i will receive an immediate update as soon as i have post this review. Just appalling service
Don't buy a black marble table from…
Don't buy a black marble table from this company. We treated the table with an impregnator twice, as they recommend. However, it still stains VERY easily. It soaks in spills and these create horrible looking, permanent marks. When we complained to the company they replied to say it must be wine or orange juice but neither of these went near the table - but shouldn't you be able to have these at a dining table anyway? The company didn't want to know and provided no real help other than long emails diverting blame to us. We found that even sauce spills cause permanent damage to this expensive table. The table was also 3 weeks late and during the wait time they tried to increase the price as their circumstances had changed (they became VAT registered in UK or something?) but they did back down from this when I told them I paid the price advertised and they can not then increase it after the sale had happened but still, this was disappointing. In short, the material they use for these marble dining tables (coffee tables too probably?) is not suitable for the purpose. We will all occasionally spill something on a dining table and this should not ruin it permanently. I am now having to source a replacement top myself at considerable expense.

Marble dining table
We ordered marble dining table in the beginning of April and it was ready to be delivered in the beginning of June. As renovation our house was not finished yet we asked to postpone the delivery. So they kindly rescheduled the delivery to several weeks later. I'm very satisfied with the service and the delivery. And dining table itself is amazing, looks really gorgeous!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience - we still have not received our coffee table more than 17 weeks after our order. The company had given us a wait time of 6-10 weeks, and we have received nothing yet. Unprofessional customer service either does not respond, or they respond in Dutch (which we unfortunately don't speak), or tell us we should expect delivery "next week" (they have been saying this since April and we have seen nothing). Very unprofessional. On top of that, their shippers will not ship to us until they have a certain number of orders to the UK - however they have charged us customs fees 3 weeks ago. All in all, a disaster and would caution anyone from ordering from them.

AWFUL SERVICE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AIME TE!
Ordered a table mid February with delivery in 6-10 weeks expected late April. ZERO updates from Aime Te. I have contacted them constantly since May for updates. It takes days for a reply only to be told there is a delay with no explanation. Now in June - after several emails and calls they inform me they have found the item indicating it was lost! Yet I'm still going to have to wait until they have more orders to ship to the UK together....UNACCEPTABLE.
I said I wanted to make a formal complaint and they say email them. I already did 24 hours prior. They don't reply to their emails with any sort of urgency or efficiency. Awful service for high end products. Take your business elsewhere.

Very happy with the quality of the iron work and the pillows.
Poor customer service
I ordered three chairs in January. They were scheduled to arrive at the beginning of April. We’re talking about quite expensive chais (399€ a piece), I can’t say anything about the products yet- but the service is underwhelming.

The transport company was very accommodating upon delivery and performed the assembly as requested.

Awesome and timeless design
The marble table is worth every cent, it looks just stunning and I can't stop touching it :-D. But you need a lot of patience until the delivery. In the end (including the delivery from the carrier in germany) it took about 3 month and 3 days from the order to delivery. Nevertheless I'm really happy and I would like to thank the Service Team from Aime Té. They are really nice, fast and helpful! Thank you and keep up the good work.

The only thing I got was a broken table.
No one is contacting me.
Only promises but no one is holding them.
