I ordered a red light small panel . Delivery was very slow and took lots of back and forth chasing them . The help desk was very helpful and tried to sort out the problems.

I have been using AIR RELAX for over 8 years now. My old sleeves are now starting to work not as well as it used to be. Still, never had any issue until now. Great product.

Additionally, after buying a new product, the crew got in touch to confirm details and was very kind.

Purchasing the mat from Air Relax was really easy. They respond quickly and are very helpful. The mat arrived very quickly. It is very easy to use and set up to meet the health benefits you are personally looking for. I’ve been using the mat daily for almost 3 weeks now and can say I can see clear benefits. The swelling in my feet is much reduced, I have less aches in my muscles and joints and my skin is looking better. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

After a lengthy conversation about my previous hassle on ordering and getting items from mainland Europe because of Brexit and Covid and several times saying I didn’t want anything shipped from main land Europe, I finally ordered from air-relax uk, who are NI based.

Three weeks later no item has arrived because they ship from a warehouse in Madrid. The item is stuck in Madrid with no delivery date.

I spoke to Air-Relax last week he was getting an update and Come back to me, despite them saying they are in contact with UPS daily they haven’t come back to me just blaming everything on UPS and Brexit despite the conversations we had previous.

There is zero integrity from this company and once they have your money will not refund.
