After 20 years creating footwear ranges for international brands, our founder Claire became increasingly frustrated with the idea that comfort and style couldn't exist.
Nine years on and we're now a small but mighty team of specialists, putting our heart and sole into every shoe we create.
Style and comfort are key - all of our shoes, boots and sandals have layers of high-performance memory and recovery foams built in.
We're passionate about responsible manufacturing. Our materials are sourced from accredited suppliers who operate to the highest standards, and manufacturing our shoes in Europe means fewer miles to travel.

Order placed 24/4/26 following a notification e mail to tell me the item was back in stock. Said dispatch in 2 days at top of e mail. Still no shoes 02/07/26. I do not think you should advertise products such as shoes when you are in no position to supply them. It is acceptable to wait 10+ weeks for a bespoke of big ticket item. Not a pair of shoes.
I ordered previous shoes with no issues and the product was very good. This second order has certainly put me off. It would be far more honest to take orders within a couple of weeks of dispatch. Not months.

Beautiful shoes with no ‘wearing in’ necessary!
I ordered 2 pairs of anais t-bar shoes in a 41 and 42 as I am an 8 normally but sometimes a 9 can fit. The 42 fit well so have returned the 41. I wore them today for my wedding and they were perfect, like slippers. Buttery soft leather and great flattering style. I’ll be ordering another pair for sure. Also received them earlier than date given, so a win-win situation. Thank you Air and Grace.

BEAUTIFUL HIGH QUALITY COMFORTABLE SHOES
I purchased the pointed toe gold leather flat shoes. Beautiful shoes, high quality, and very comfortable. Had to wait a while for them to arrive but worth it. Would like more colours in the leather (not a fan of suede) and a choice of slightly higher heel height in this shoe.

Another stunning pair of Air & Grace shoes!
Was on a pre order list for my 4th pair of Anais shoes. They came on the date promised and I wore them four days later for the first time to a wedding. I cannot express how comfortable these shoes are. Beautiful leather, so soft, and incredibly comfortable. They feel like you are wearing your slippers but they certainly don’t look like that. Outstanding Service
Service is always good but there was an issue with the courier service this time. On calling to discuss the issue it was resolved without delay. Michelle was excellant and did exactly what she promised she would. A really great company and the shoes really are as comfortable as they claim.

Parcel not received
Your website states that you use DPD, however the delivery was sent via Evri. The Evri website tracker shows that they have had the parcel since 3/6/26 but as of 14/6/26 it has still not been delivered - I have raised an enquiry/complaint with Evri & am currently awaiting a response

Thanks for your feedback. We use Evri for our standard free delivery, and DPD next day is a paid option at checkout, however this wasn't selected. We are sorry to hear the parcel went missing in transit and we then created a replacement order for you the next day. We hope the shoes are well loved.
