After 20 years creating footwear ranges for international brands, our founder Claire became increasingly frustrated with the idea that comfort and style couldn't exist.

Outstanding Service
Service is always good but there was an issue with the courier service this time. On calling to discuss the issue it was resolved without delay. Michelle was excellant and did exactly what she promised she would. A really great company and the shoes really are as comfortable as they claim.

Parcel not received
Your website states that you use DPD, however the delivery was sent via Evri. The Evri website tracker shows that they have had the parcel since 3/6/26 but as of 14/6/26 it has still not been delivered - I have raised an enquiry/complaint with Evri & am currently awaiting a response

Thanks for your feedback. We use Evri for our standard free delivery, and DPD next day is a paid option at checkout, however this wasn't selected. We are sorry to hear the parcel went missing in transit and we then created a replacement order for you the next day. We hope the shoes are well loved.

Great sandals and great service
Big shout out to Michelle in customer services who helped me to exchange my too large Gala sandals for the next size down in gold. She provided excellent customer service and swift delivery. I'm delighted with my new purchase. As well as being stylish, they are comfortable, adjustable and free of the dread velcro. I'll be back next year for another pair in a different colour leather.

The Red Floral Heels look absolutely…
The Red Floral Heels look absolutely gorgeous, such a stand out style and quality, will see me through multiple weddings this year. I can’t explain how comfortable they are; I have funny feet, weak ankles, unresolved injuries etc. yet I can wear these for hours without any aches or pains. Special mention to the fantastic customer service team - you rock.
