After 20 years creating footwear ranges for international brands, our founder Claire became increasingly frustrated with the idea that comfort and style couldn't exist.

Anais shoes are just the best
Great service and received very quickly. This is my second pair of Anais shoes which are extremely comfortable and the quality is soft and buttery suede and look great. There are so many colours to choose from I may even get another pair! Thanks A&G

I was sent two right feet instead of a pair of shoes. I’ve emailed customer services but haven’t received a reply- so now I’m expected to pay the postage fee to return the shoes- I’m effectively paying you for poor customer service.

Highly recommend
Bought a pair of the Lotties, they are totally perfect and very comfortable, so much so, I purchased them in another colour. Usually take U.K. 6.5 and U.K. 7 is the perfect fit. Delivery really quick, once the item isn’t on back order and communication is excellent. Can highly recommend.

I purchased the red Anais T-Bar flats in size 5. The fit is perfect. They look very stylish and are also probably some of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn! I am really happy with my purchase. I will definitely be buying more shoes from Air and Grace.

Shoes are walking in clouds
Easy to order. I now have 3 pairs of the comfiest shoes and trainers I’ve ever owned. I wore the gold flatties to a wedding and got loads of compliments and it felt like I was walking on clouds all day.

lovely looking but marked.
The shoes were lovely but had a mark on them. Couldn’t return them as I bought them to wear for an occasion the evening I had them delivered. Comfort wise ok but not for long. The holes for the buckle aren’t straight and not aligned. Shame as I was about to get many if the same shoe in different colour ways.

Why did I dither??!
I'd been looking at the Charli trainers for ages, but couldn't justify them, even though I know how comfy Air & Grace shoes are. Anyway, hubby saw me looking at them and asked why I hadn't bought them yet, particularly as they were in the sale - so I did! Any problems, no, of course not! They're fabulous and arrived in a couple of days.
