Their timings are very well managed. But the food which I ordered while booking ticket was not served for me. I ordered a shawarma but I was given a sandwich which I don’t like.

Flight delayed from 6:30 AM to 18:00 PM…

Flight delayed from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with no warning before arriving at the airport. Traveling with a baby, no real assistance, no compensation. Air Arabia finally used a leased aircraft already delayed because their own planes were busy with Hajj flights. And after all this, we still had to wait 1h30 for luggage in Brussels. Catastrophic service and zero respect for passengers.

Air arabia is a very good choice to travel, as fair of price and quality, the air craft team always helpful and smile all the time and run to assist u, would love if u could add chargeable wifi it will be amazing for business conscience, also u could add fizzy water and espresso to the menu
Rather than that u guys amazing

Avoid this Airline

3 months after this airline cancelled my flight. Finally recovered a PORTION not FULL refund. A fool would book with these thieving, dirty people.

Air Arabia keeps the schedule

Air Arabia maintains timely departure and arrivals as I experienced. Staff are very courteous and respectful at all times. Their inflight food menu also nice and value for money. If they improve their in flight entertainment system with TVs, they can even demand more fare. I recommend Air Arabia!

Flight cancellation & zero service.
​Air Arabia cancelled my flights and simply kept my money. The support in the chat is an imposition – you are either ignored or put off. The fact that I had to go through the arduous process of a chargeback just to have a chance at getting my money back is an indictment of their service. This does not fit at all with the image of hospitality that Dubai advertises. Very disappointing!" Family from Germany

Great Trip from Cairo To Abu Dhabi

Great Trip from Cairo To Abu Dhabi. Since the first minute on the check-in counter, I felt the very welcoming vibes and the support from the team. This first impression lasts the whole trip, and all went smoothly and perfectly. Thanks to the whole team.

ALWAYS READY FOR HELP

Biggest positive is always on time except few time during war situation. Boarding team is supporting and helpfull. Specially at Tabuk Airport Mr. Rassif. Since last 4 years travelling every month he is managing team very well. Keep it up Air Arabia.

Unprofessional behaviours and poor quality

The booking process and the online check in Europe not Morocco are moderately good.
However, I am disappointed with the level of care and customer service both with the cabin crew mainly ( not all of them, but most) and the ground crew. Yes you might get a smirk smile but the genuinely, it's near to none.
I have been in customer service for over 30 years, I have trained and coached and seen all sorts of behaviours and attitudes. I must say, my experience with air arabia staff is one that: the staff all care about themselves, they are not trained or they are not willing to put their training to action, they deliberately seems want to give grief to their customers out of spite or anger. They probably have issues outside work or with work and they are venting it on the passengers.
You get dirty stares, you get nudged on the aisle (not excuse me), a physical nudge, I even got pushed by the dispatcher whom was in hurry to get to some of the crews at the back. There is some sort of wheeling and dealing between the dispatcher and the crew blindingly in front of the passengers.
The climate was tense in the plane, the conversation the staff and the level of attention to passengers were appauling.
They don't want to work, they want to socialise between themselves.
The ground staff were loud talking between each other, and bossing others loudly while talking to a friend on his phone. And worse of all they ramped us onto the bus while boarding and kept us in there of half an out on scorching heat with no aircon. (If the plane is not ready, why boarding us up onto the bus and keep us there), I felt sorry for the elderlies and the young, while the boarding were having there loud moment arguing and don't seem they know what they are doing or not caring at all about the welfare of their customers.
Anyhow, airarabia and Air Maroc are far far behind their European, some of the African and Asian airlines.
Maybe you ought to prove your standards by regular mentoring, monitoring, supervision and taking disciplinary and coaching actions.
You do have a lot of staff surprisingly, yet the service is off.

My custom will be more genuine businesses for much less of how much you charge and much much better quality.
